Third, a commentary on the beginning of all tantras and the chapter on secret language. Third, a commentary on the beginning of all tantras and the chapter on secret language. In the phrase "Then," etc., "Vajradhara" refers to Vajradhara. The beginning of all tantras refers to the Hevajra Tantra, which was the first tantra taught for this purpose. "Called" means that the name is very famous. "Method" refers to the method of attaining perfect enlightenment. To briefly explain this, it is said, "Precepts and." Precepts are the wisdom of great bliss. Empowerment is the four empowerments. Intentional language is the language of actual intent. "Joy and" refers to the four joys. "Momentary distinctions" refers to the four moments. "Other" refers to the practice of non-elaboration. "Again" refers to the purification of the eyes, etc. "Eating" refers to the guru. The word "etc." includes the verses that must be understood. In "Precepts," etc., what is the precept? "All Buddhas" means that by the nature of great bliss, there is no difference among all Buddhas. "E-vam completely" refers to abiding in the Dharma-arising mudra. How is this known? It is said, "From empowerment, truly," etc., which should be known from the guru's oral instructions and diligently practiced. "Dakini" refers to, through analyzing the etymology of "ḍāḍā is one who travels in the sky," all those who achieve travel in the sky are called dakinis by the Bhagavan in barbarian language. Therefore, the dakini is Vajrayogini. Those precepts are for the sake of extreme brevity. To explain that the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas are of one essence, it is the shape of E. Because this has goodness, it is good, it is the shape of Vam. Adorned means that it makes the lotus spike beautiful. "Place" refers to the support. In "Buddha Jewel," etc., the five Tathagatas are the vessel.

It is called "such" because they are the self-nature of the support of those things. Joy arises from that. Differentiated by moments. The so-called "differentiated by moments" is differentiated by various kinds of differences. If joy itself exists, then what is the use of the difference of moments? Therefore, it is said "after knowing the moment" and so on. It means that if the moments recognize their own self-nature, then the joys will fully recognize the function of happiness, otherwise it is not so. In order to show those differences of moments, it is said "various and" and so on. The so-called "various" means being proficient in various things, which is the work of the teacher. In "Vipāka" etc., "opposite to it" means becoming different from it. The so-called "wisdom" is the wisdom of great bliss. Eating it means experiencing it. In "completely exhausted" etc., "escape" means remembering the things that have just passed. Or, separately recognizing knowledge is "eating", that is, the previous clinging of believing "I have enjoyed happiness". The so-called "without characteristics" refers to the three mentioned earlier. The so-called "attachment and non-attachment" means being free from existence and nirvana. Through "various and" etc., the four joys are established as the four empowerments. It means that each joy can obtain the teacher, secret, wisdom and the fourth. Therefore, it is said "to do with joy etc.". The so-called "sequence" means that joy is the empowerment of the teacher. Supreme joy is the secret empowerment. Joylessness is the wisdom empowerment. Co-emergent is the fourth empowerment. In this way, the four empowerments are combined with the four moments and the four joys from the guru's oral instructions, which is wisdom. Therefore, the categories of the four empowerments should be understood. The so-called "with the purity of laughter", etc., is about the purity of empowerment. In some Action Tantras etc., it is shown that the deities laugh because of attachment to skillful means and wisdom, and that complete purity is the teacher.
