Seventh, the chapter on determining mudras and places. Seventh, the chapter on determining mudras and places. Now, in order for the action yogis to see the accomplished yoginis, they go to places and sacred sites, etc., in order to understand from them the ultimate of accomplishment related to their own manifest desires, and in order to make them equal and non-dual with themselves, they should give them mudras, and they should also be familiar with the mudras. Starting from the briefly indicated "Mahamudra", this chapter is proclaimed. Starting from "Thereafter", etc., it is the mudra that represents the sound of "tsho ma", that is, having mudras and distinguishing mudras in detail, up to "the detailed distinction of mudras". "Who" refers to the person who has mudras. "Brothers and sisters" refers to those who commonly grasp the ultimate of accomplishment. If someone asks with one finger, "Have you come?", if you give him two fingers, that means "You have come well." Therefore, it is said in the sutra: "Have you come well?". "Saying" means saying "Have you come well?". If someone extends one finger, and you extend two fingers, that is to understand the meaning of "You have come very well." It is said in the sutra: "With two fingers", etc., meaning "I have come very well." "Of disease", etc., one should also respond to the mudra with the mudra of one finger. "Clothes", etc., refers to how to subdue those who are wearing clothes. "Three points" refers to pressing the little finger with the thumb, forming the appearance of three fingers. "Wheel" refers to the thumb and index finger touching each other, and then spreading out three fingers, displaying a circular posture. "Mudra", etc., the mudra is to stiffen and prevent. It is expressed by the mudra and the answer to the mudra, the answer to the mudra is distinction, meaning following the mudra. "Do you know the mudra?" means answering "I understand." Because these vows are of the Hevajra yogis and yoginis, so why? It is said in the sutra: Yogini

After "said" and so on, "Yogini" refers to the Yoginis. What she said is understood as a mudra praising the practitioner. Praising is spoken, such as "Ema," etc., meaning it is amazing that you have realized such a great secret. "Son, you are so compassionate" is in Tibetan, and the Yoginis think that he is full of love and wants to fulfill the benefit of beings, they understand it this way. What else? "If" etc., with both hands folded, holding the rosary, dancing a dance of love, that is the hand of the rosary. The demonstrator is also him, they should gather. So it is said. Just as gathering with a garland of flowers, so should I gather, so think. What else needs to be shown? Said "Rosary" etc., just as grasping with love, then releasing with love is completely releasing. Therefore, it is both a rosary and a complete release, which is the connection of words that are summarized later. Therefore, the rosary is completely released again, and then the Yogini is answered: "The rosary is completely released." Saying this is related to the previous actions. Why? Said "Vow" etc., oneself is in a vow or gathering, or in name, is a vow made. How is it? Said "Outside" refers to going and coming back. Its meaning is, alas, son, outside. Where? Said "Gather there." Where to go? Go to the place where there is land to gather. Who is it? Said "Abiding in the realm of goodness," gathering with the good Yoginis is supreme, said not to be separated from whom. The gathering itself is the word that is determined not to be separated from those good Yogis and to go. There, the Yoginis gather, you have spoken words that transcend worldly language, therefore said "What is said" etc., abiding in vows etc., showing the release of the rosary. Then again the hand of the rosary

The teaching that one should gather the earth deities is the teaching that one should manifestly gather by giving a rosary. Or, without preventing one's own transcendental tenets, one invites and speaks. The yogini should do all these things. To teach these things is to accomplish the rosary. Then the place of gathering is spoken of. "Place," and so forth, are easy to understand. In "these," and so forth, these are the twelve bhumis, meaning that the twelve bhumis are completely pure. The lord of the ten bhumis, the protector himself, should not be spoken of by others. This means that these places of the lord of the ten bhumis and the protector Heruka are spoken of. What will happen? Not by others, but by this very wisdom of the Bodhisattva, which is pure and indivisible, is its nature, meaning that the bhumis are completely pure. Among them, the bhumis are the Joyful One, and so forth. It is like this: the first bhumi is the Joyful One. Similarly, there are the Stainless One, the Luminous One, the Flaming One, the Very Difficult to Conquer One, the Manifest One, the Far-Reaching One, the Immovable One, the Good Intelligence One, and the Cloud of Dharma. The eleventh bhumi is the Buddha bhumi. Why did the Buddha, the Bhagavan, say that the first bhumi is the Joyful One? Why? Up to the point of saying the eleventh bhumi of the Buddha. The first bhumi is called the Joyful One because it has great aspiration, obtains the transcendental mind, increases in love, and holds on to great joy. The second bhumi is called the Stainless One because it gives rise to all happiness and holds on to freedom from the defilement of violating morality. The third bhumi is called the Luminous One because it relies on and holds on to immeasurable light, and also holds on to its samadhi and its hearing and thinking. The fourth bhumi is called the Flaming One because the firewood of afflictions is burned by the rays of wisdom, and therefore one meditates on its Dharma of enlightenment. The fifth bhumi is those very dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment. Because of the means of meditating on it, it is called the Very Difficult to Conquer One because it holds the body in the midst of afflictions.
