Eleventh, a detailed explanation of the chapter on viewing methods and the practice of Kurukulle. Eleventh, a detailed explanation of the chapter on viewing methods and the practice of Kurukulle. Homage to the one-faced, two-armed one, the nature of the three realms' victory. The detailed explanation of the chapter on viewing methods will be explained by Dorje Nyingpo. In this time of greatly increasing strife, many beings who are not virtuous will arise. Therefore, they are subdued by wrathful appearances and expressions of hatred, as no other means of introduction is seen. Thus, forms such as one face and two arms, like the victor of the three realms, like Hala Hala, like Hayagriva, like the Lord of Death, are manifested. Therefore, the differences in viewing methods and so on, the differences in breath, posture, rosary, hearth, offerings, and times such as midnight are taught. Among these, here the differences in viewing methods and winds are shown. The differences in time and hearth and so on should be understood at the time of fire offerings and in other extensive tantras. 'Equally displeased, with a brow,' it is said, 'it is always said to cause falling.' Such things as this, arising in dependence here, are the nature of all dharmas, and the Tathagatas have also taught in those respective tantras. Therefore, a yogi who is diligent in the practice of subduing any wickedness should transform himself into a body color like that of Akshobhya, and by meditating, reciting, and making fire offerings while looking with both eyes simultaneously towards the forehead, he will fall, because above there resides the form of a being of the lineage of hatred. 'The viewing method of power is on the left side, on the left there are two images.' It is said that a yogi who is diligent in making the three worlds his own should transform himself into something like a padmaraga, and by meditating and so on while looking with both eyes simultaneously towards the left side, beings will become his own, because on the left side there resides a form like a padmaraga. 'The right side is for attracting, and above there are also two images.' It is said that one who is diligent in attracting the three realms of beings

The yogi transforms himself into a form like the rising sun, and meditates while looking slightly upwards to the right with both eyes simultaneously, and so on, and thus the three realms will be attracted. Because there is a form like the rising sun on the right side. The view of the middle being unmoving, both eyes are in the center of the tip of the nose. Likewise, the yogi who strives to make the three worlds unmoving, transforms himself into a form like refined gold, and meditates while looking at the center of the tip of the nose with both eyes simultaneously, and so on, and thus the three worlds will become unmoving. Because the body of the Great Lord is like the color of gold, residing in the central channel. Now, in order to explain the wind to be practiced during the four views, it is said: Exhalation causes falling. It means that at the moment of viewing, one should strive to make one's life source, that is, the breath, flow out like exhalation. Because after exhaling, all sentient beings experience death. Inhalation controls. It means that at the moment of viewing, one should strive to make one's life breath enter the body like inhalation. Because the life breath stays in the body, everything is controlled. Filling attracts. It means that at the moment of viewing, without releasing one's life breath, but in the manner of vase breathing, fully filling and holding it inside, one should strive to practice in this way. Because the breath stays in the body and does not dissipate outwards, it can attract the stream of nectar of all sentient beings, like the moon. Quiescence makes unmoving. It means that at the moment of viewing, one's life breath is neither exhaled outwards nor inhaled inwards, but remains as it is, and one should strive to practice in this way. Because the life breath of all beings is free from wavering, it becomes unmoving. Now, in order to explain the extent of yoga, it is said: Wet wood falls. And so on, it is said. In order to practice these four views, after performing meditation, recitation, and fire offerings, etc., according to the rituals, temporarily towards inanimate objects
