Chapter Ten Chapter Ten Without beginning or end, peaceful, Exhaustive and pervasive lord of existence and non-existence, Undifferentiated emptiness and compassion, Is said to be the mind of enlightenment. Initially, in the middle, and at the end, virtuous, In that precious great bliss, All things pay homage. The commentary on the fifth chapter, Which reveals the growth of the Buddha, For the benefit of all sentient beings, In order to obtain the fruit of the Great Seal, Vajra Heart should write. Here, the Blessed One declared, From this point on, the chapter on Suchness will be explained. Clarifying the essence and so on, the essence is self-awareness, the wisdom of the Tathagata, the essence is the grasping, all that is grasped and grasps, separated from the transformations of the eighteen elements, the yogis' external realm is without form, without a seer, without an eye, without the consciousness of the eye. Likewise, without a hearer, without sound, without the consciousness of the ear. Likewise, without smell, without a smeller, without the consciousness of the nose. Likewise, without taste, without a taster, without the consciousness of the tongue. Likewise, without touch, without a toucher, without the consciousness of the body. Likewise, without the realm of phenomena, without a grasper, without the consciousness of the mind. Thus, the eye and so on are also non-existent, thus, the precious Suchness separated from the eighteen elements, the yogi should meditate on, by preventing ignorance and so on. In the root tantra, the Blessed One said, By preventing the ignorance of change, action is definitely prevented. By definitely preventing this action, consciousness is prevented. By preventing consciousness, name and form are also prevented. By preventing name and form, the six sense sources are also prevented. By preventing the six sense sources, contact is also prevented. By preventing contact, feeling is also definitely prevented. By definitely preventing feeling, craving is also prevented. By definitely preventing craving, grasping is also prevented. By preventing grasping, existence is also prevented. By preventing existence.

Birth is definitely ceased! By ceasing birth, Old age and death are definitely ceased! By definitely ceasing the aggregates and elements, It is said that it is near to peace. Thus, by ceasing the body, The life-wind is also ceased! By definitely ceasing the life-wind, The bodhicitta is ceased! By ceasing the bodhicitta, The outflows are definitely ceased! By ceasing the moment of outflows, All yogis become Buddhas. Likewise, ceasing all afflictions, The actions are also ceased! By ceasing the actions, The sufferings are also ceased! By ceasing the sufferings, Then the afflictions will not arise. When afflictions arise, there is no birth, The action is not birth itself. When those do not arise, The sufferings also do not occur. The yogi who is without suffering and possesses bliss, Always performs the benefits of sentient beings. With the lovely and the unlovely, Sentient beings are conceptualizing. From that, all the afflictions arise, From that also, action is born. From action, suffering is born, If there is no happiness, then from that again, Having completely abandoned the ten virtues, From what will happiness arise? From a mind without happiness and with suffering, From where will the accumulation of merit come? Gods, mantras, and mudras, etc., By contemplating, the childish yogi, Without merit, the accumulation of wisdom, In what will it truly arise? If those are not there, then the Buddha, There is no supreme Vajrasattva. If that is not there, then self-benefit, And the benefit of others will not truly arise. Purity of Dharma and perfect enjoyment, Emanations, those spread out. Waking, dreaming, deep sleep, The four states of the fourth, When the cause and effect cease, There is no doubt of becoming a Buddha. Without dust, free from dust, without stain, Having abandoned faults, without defects, Extremely awake, the master of complete awakening, All-knowing, all-seeing, the holy one. From ceasing the cause and the effect, The body of the Lord of Victors is different. The body, speech, mind, and also happiness, Are different, the aggregates are also different. The elements such as earth are different, The objects and faculties are also different. The activity of the powers of action is also different, Likewise, the powers of action are also, From all places, hands and feet, etc., From all places, eyes, head, and face, All
