Acting, wisdom truly transforms, it is said to be the continuum of skillful means. How it is, thus is the conventional truth, those who meditate on mudras and mandalas, how they analyze, thus they contemplate, are those with the nature of arising and ceasing. Wisdom and skillful means are integrated, the indivisible nature is the three vajras, knowing and what is known are one, emptiness and compassion are non-dual. Emptiness is without characteristics, likewise without aspiration, manifest union is uncreated liberation, the four liberations are very famous. Compassion, love, joy, and the fourth is equanimity, these are the four abodes of Brahma, all dharmas are without discrimination, the unobstructed nature of dharma, is established by that non-duality, the nature of wisdom and skillful means is thus. The vajra bodies are all non-dual, the six aggregates and the four elements, objects and sense faculties are also thus, the faculties of action and karma, thus abide in non-duality. The total retention of all Buddhas, well abides in the letterཨེ་ཝཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: एवं, Romanized Sanskrit: evaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Thus). Outwardly distinguishing the three families, from the various distinctions of the five families, from the various distinctions of the six families, thus distinguishing into eight families, the continuum of the nature of wisdom and skillful means, I will explain, listen attentively. Thus, the Bhagavan definitively declared with an answering speech, thus is the determination of the well-established yoga tantra. Now, I will speak of the cause of the arising and abiding of the yoginis, in this tantra, the yoginis are the five aggregates, the four elements, the six sense bases, distinguished by the fifteen phases of the moon, such as the selflessness mother. The cause of their arising and abiding is the letterཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), Heruka is the second. Therefore, the meaning of these, equality wisdom, transformed consciousness, how the deities arise. Thus, eye-dharma, summoning and great mudra, abilities of many kinds of differences, making stiff and expelling, making the assembly stiff and manifesting, and so on, others will also be explained, hey vajra essence, listen attentively, this is the determination of the cause of the arising and abiding of the deities. Now, I will speak of the cause of its re-growth.

E. First, for a moment, "E-vam (ཨེ་ཝཾ།) transforms." This means that the letters of E-vam (ཨེ་ཝཾ།) are the initial cause of Heruka (ཧེ་རུ་ཀ།). The letter Hum (ཧཱུཾ།) is definitely the second cause of arising. From this, things arise from the distinction between the object and the subject, through the union of objects and faculties, each of the various consciousnesses arises. Bound by the bonds of things. That bond of things binds the various consciousnesses and the eyes, etc. Liberation comes from fully understanding it. Because of stopping the objects and faculties, it is fully understood. Therefore, things themselves liberate. Divine eyes, etc., see past and future objects, therefore the six consciousnesses are liberated. That is another consciousness, as the Bhagavan said. Similarly, that is also other forms, etc. Therefore, from everywhere there are hands and feet, etc., from everywhere there are eyes, head, and face, from everywhere there is hearing, in the world, completely pervading and abiding. Now, the practice of ultimate truth with the wisdom and means previously explained will be discussed, using "meditating on things" etc. Here, meditating on things in the sky is like a dream, transcending the nature of atoms. Fully understanding it means meditating on non-things, seeing images with a mind free from conceptualization. Being free from conceptualization and not being confused is called direct perception. That direct perception is of four types: sense direct perception, mental direct perception, yogic direct perception, and self-awareness direct perception. That consciousness itself is close to showing, therefore it is of the nature of being able to enter, able to obtain, and able to experience. That image is proven by nine examples, namely, cataracts, mirage cities, sounds, dreams, magic tricks, mirages, mirror images, moon in water, and space. Wisdom transforms into the letter E (ཨེ). Similarly, Heruka (ཧེ་རུ་ཀ།) is meditating on non-things, it is the wisdom of wisdom. Heruka (ཧེ་རུ་ཀ།) is great bliss, as is wisdom, so is means.
