Third Section Third Section Now, let's clarify the questions of Vajra Heart and the clear responses of the Bhagavan. Vajra Heart asks: "By what does one become Vajrasattva? How does one become a Bodhisattva? Why are you a great hero? How are you the chief of the Samaya-sattvas?" Having heard the questions of Vajra Heart, the Bhagavan replied: "It is called indivisible Vajra. The hero is the unity of the three realms. Through this wisdom and reasoning, one is said to be Vajrasattva. That hero who abides in Bodhi is said to be a Bodhisattva. One who is filled with the taste of great wisdom is said to be a great hero. By always abiding in Samaya, one is manifestly called a Samaya-sattva." The detailed explanation of this brief instruction is very clear in the Five Hundred Thousand, therefore one should enter into that. There, the Bhagavan stated: "What is said to be the indivisible Vajra is well-known as the letter ཝཾ་ (Tibetan, vam, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, meaning: seed syllable). Body, speech, and mind are indivisible, and are expressed by the letter ཝཾ་. The hero is the unity of the three realms, and is expressed by the letter ཨེ་ (Tibetan, e, Devanagari: ए, Romanized Sanskrit: e, meaning: seed syllable). The letter ཨེ་ is together with wisdom, and the letter ཝཾ་ possesses the nature of the three families. The hero who dwells in the center of the navel chakra possesses the realm of secret semen. Endowed with wisdom similar to oneself, therefore one is well-spoken of as Vajrasattva. The two hands are said to be Heruka. That itself is what moves the three worlds. That itself is said to be self-nature. That Buddha body is great bliss. That itself transforms into wisdom Vajra. That itself is co-emergent joy. In terms of similar causes, it is also that itself. It is called the single-pointed Vajra. That also exhausts the fourth state. It is utterly pure and unchangeable. Whoever abides in Bodhi, abides in the center of the lotus in the heart. The letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, hūṃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: seed syllable) alone is said to be the hero. The immovable one is that itself. That itself is said to be the mind Vajra. The all-pervading one itself has four hands. That itself is jvala jvala bhyo. That itself is said to be the Dharmakaya. Possessing the Vajra that abides in the Dharma wheel. Holding the manner of special joy and delight. That itself is also said to be Vipaka. It is what causes deep sleep to be exhausted. Of great wisdom"

What is it? That is called a great Bodhisattva. The letter Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: A) is the true declaration. In the throat is the power of the enjoyment wheel. Manifestly expressed as Amitabha. That itself is explained as the Vajra of Speech. The Lotus-handed Thus Come One. That itself is said to be supreme joy. Well said to be the creator of the person. Of the conventional and ultimate truths. That also exhausts the dream state. That itself transforms into the Sambhogakaya. The Buddhas perform the teaching of the Dharma. That itself is well said to be the maker of happiness. Three faces and six arms. Kiti Kiti (Tibetan: ཀི་ཊི་ཀི་ཊི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: किटी किटी, Sanskrit Romanization: kiṭi kiṭi, Chinese literal meaning: Kiti Kiti) Vajra that. Heruka himself transforms into the third. Because he always abides in the Samaya. Whoever abides is what is said. Samaya rabbit-holding semen. Great bliss abides in the brow. Nectar well abides, the Bodhisattva. It is completely explained in the letter Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om). That itself is said to be Vairochana. That itself is the Vajra of Body. Brahma holds the Vajra of Body. That itself is completely declared. Joy is the nature of Brahma. That is said to be the Rupakaya. That itself is said to be the holder of the wheel. The body is characterized by the Nirmanakaya. By reversing, that is also without defilement. That itself is the nature of awakening and exhaustion. That itself becomes Pichi Vajra. Eight faces are said to be Heruka. The great hero with four feet. Fully endowed with sixteen hands. Thus, by the distinction of the body. Heruka is said to be the fourth. From the nature arises Dharma. From Dharma arises perfect enjoyment. From that arises the Nirmanakaya. Thus, there are four bodies. Brahma holds the Vajra of Body. The Vajra of Speech is the great Lord. All-pervading holds the Vajra of Mind. Vajrasattva is great bliss. Thus it is said. Explained in detail in the Root Tantra. The lineage is said to be three. Because it possesses the nature. It is said to be four lineages. By the distinction of the four actions. That is the establishment of the lineages. Desiring to manifest the path to enlightenment. It should be known by possessing Yoga. Thus it is said. The letter E-vam (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཝཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Romanization: evaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Thus) is Vajrasattva. The letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is the Vajra of Mind. The letter Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: A) is the Vajra of Speech. The letter Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) is the Vajra of Body. E-vam (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཝཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Romanization: evaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Thus) is the name of each letter of Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) and Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: A) and Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), by this one should grasp the meaning to be understood.
