What is the supreme accomplishment? It is the granting of the excellent accomplishment. From the gathering of all Buddhas, it is said to grant the supreme accomplishment. There, the complete accomplishment of the supreme Buddha's dharmas should be explained as granting. Sugata is so called because of completely pacified, non-returning, and completely gone. Those who have unobstructed knowledge of the three times, those who possess the mind of wisdom, are called so, meaning the wisdom that sees without obstruction in the past, future, and present. Why is that? Because they are without obscurations. Obscuration is that which obstructs and obscures, namely the obscuration of afflictions and the obscuration of knowledge. Those who have abandoned them, therefore do not have them, they are without obscurations, this is the fruit of the Sugata. In some places, it says protector, but not Sugata. There, the sentence is disordered, and the former should be taken as the standard. The protector is the lord of the three realms. The so-called "all" refers to those who dwell in the endless realms of the ten directions. Such as "Samaya three supreme". The "three Samayas" refers to: To me who is diligent in the tantra of the three Samayas, or the supreme accomplishment spoken from it, or the reason for realizing it, please grant it to me. From which tantra does Samaya arise, that is, the three certainties, the nature of generating faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and the non-returning Sangha, that is the three Samayas. Or the three Samayas are: In order to accomplish all purposes, not abandoning the mind of Bodhi, guarding the discipline of the Buddha, practicing seeking that wisdom. Like this and so on. This is, in this tantra itself, it becomes something that can be done. Whoever has a firm Bodhi mind and wisdom without attachment, for him, this is definitely accomplished, there should be no doubt. So it is said. The best of all perfections, worldly and beyond worldly, is the perfection of all-knowingness. Or, all the accomplishments of the vidyadhara and the Chakravartin, etc.

Within which is the supreme siddhi, that itself is the all-knowing one. That which is accomplished is completely accomplished, may that which can be manifestly accomplished be quickly granted to me. The king of praises spoken by the lord of secrets. Whatever great merit is obtained from the outside, may all sentient beings quickly rely on the supreme of peace, and may this praise become a vessel. The extensive explanation of the voice of glorious Vajradhara, a praise to the Bhagavan, composed by the learned teacher Śāntarakṣita, relying on the dust of the lotus feet of the noble Mañjuśrī, is completed. The Indian abbot Vidyākara Prabha and the great translator Bande Dpal brtsegs translated, revised, and finalized it. A Praise to the Bhagavan, the Extensive Explanation of the Voice of Glorious Vajradhara, by Śāntarakṣita.
