མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཟབ་མོ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྡོམ་ཞུགས་ནས། །རྩ་བའི་ལྟུང་བ་བཅུ་ བཞི་དང་། །དེ་ཡི་ཆ་མཐུན་ཉེས་པའི་ཚོགས། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྷ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་ བཤགས། །དབང་རྒྱུད་མན་ངག་སྟོན་པའི་མཆོག །བླ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་དངོས་ ལ། །བརྙས་ནས་གསུང་བཞིན་མི་བསྒྲུབ་སོགས། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྷ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་ བཤགས། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་བདེ་གཤེགས་སྙིང་པོ་ཅན། །ཐོག་མེད་དུས་ནས་ཕ་མ་ སྟེ། །ཕན་སེམས་དོར་ནས་དགྲ་གཉེན་བྱས། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྷ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་ བཤགས། །དེ་ལྟར་བཤགས་པའི་དགེ་བ་ཡི། །བདག་ཅག་དེང་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ བར། །བླ་མ་གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་པོ་དང་། །འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པར་མཇལ་བར་ ཤོག །ལམ་བཟང་རིན་ཆེན་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ལ། །ཕྱི་ནང་བར་ཆད་རབ་བསལ་ཞིང་། །ས་ ལམ་ཡོན་ཏན་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ནས། །རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་ཆེན་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ལུས་ཅན་སྐྱེ་ དགུའི་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན། །རྩ་འཁོར་དྲུག་ལ་རྒྱུ་བ་ཡི། །ཉི་ཁྲི་ཆིག་སྟོང་དྲུག་བརྒྱའི་ རླུང་། །འགགས་ནས་དབུ་མར་ཚུད་པར་ཤོག །ཕྱི་ནང་གློ་བུར་དྲི་མའི་ ཚོགས། །རྣམ་རྟོག་ལས་ཀྱི་གཤིན་རྗེ་ཡི། །མུན་པར་བྱིང་བའི་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན། །དྲི་ བྲལ་དབྱིངས་སུ་འཇུག་པར་ཤོག ། ལུས་ཅན་གཤིན་རྗེའི་འཇིགས་ལས་སྐྱོབ་མཛད་པ། །དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཇིགས་ བྱེད་འཁོར་བཅས་ཀྱིས། །གཏོར་བསྐང་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལམ་འདྲེན་ཞེས་བྱ་འདི། །མི་ 2-340 དབང་རྒྱ་གར་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡིས། །གདུང་རྒྱུད་ཁ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐུ་འཁྲུངས་ པའི། །ཡར་ལུང་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྲས་བུ་དམ་པའི་མཆོག །དགེ་སློང་བསོད་ནམས་རྡོ་ རྗེས་བསྐུལ་པའི་ངོར། །བཙུན་པ་དོལ་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བདག་གིས་སྦྱར། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་ དགེ་ལེགས་འཛམ་གླིང་རྒྱན་དུ་ཤོག །དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་བསྐང་བ་ བྱང་ཆུབ་ལམ་འདྲེན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ཡང་། ཆོས་རྒྱལ་སྲོང་བཙན་སྒམ་པོའི་ གདུང་རྒྱུད་སྡེ་བ་ཡར་ལུང་བས་སྲས་ཀྱིས་བསྐུལ་བའི་ངོར། ཤཱཀྱའི་དགེ་སློང་ ཤེས་རབ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དཔལ་བཟང་པོས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་བའི་གླིང་ཕོ་བྲང་ལྕགས་པོ་ རིའི་རྩེར་བཀོད་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་སུ་གྱུར་ཅིག། །།ཨེ་ཝཾ། དགེའོ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། (མ་དཔེ་ནི་འཛམ་ཐང་པར་མ་ཁོ་ན་ཡིན།) 目录 དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་བསྐང་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལམ་འདྲེན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བཞུགས་སྒོ། །།

我坦白忏悔！进入甚深密咒之誓言后，十四根本堕和与之相应的罪恶，我向坛城本尊坦白忏悔！ 上师是开示灌顶、续部和口诀的至尊，我向真实金刚持上师，因轻蔑和不遵从教诲等过失，向坛城本尊坦白忏悔！ 一切众生皆具如来藏，从无始以来就是我的父母，我抛弃慈爱之心，将他们视为仇敌，向坛城本尊坦白忏悔！ 如是忏悔之善业，愿我等从今直至菩提，与上师和阎罗死主，永不分离地相见！ 愿修持殊胜珍贵的正道时，内外障碍完全消除，愿地道功德圆满，迅速获得大金刚持果位！ 愿有情众生的轮回，皆能止息于六脉轮，愿二万一千六百之风，止息并融入中脉！ 愿内外一切突发的垢染，以及分别念和业力所致的阎罗，沉溺于黑暗中的众生，皆能融入无垢之法界！ 救护有情众生脱离阎罗怖畏的，具德金刚怖畏金刚及其眷属，此名为‘朵玛供赞菩提道引导’之仪轨。 由人王印度法王，在雪域诞生的，雅砻国王之圣子，比丘索南多杰劝请，由名为多波的比丘我所著。愿吉祥善妙成为世界的庄严！ 此《吉祥金刚怖畏金刚之供赞——菩提道引导》，是应法王松赞干布的后裔，雅砻地方长官之子的请求，由释迦比丘喜饶坚赞班桑波，在吉祥天宫铁山顶所著，愿一切吉祥！愿善妙！愿一切吉祥！ (母本仅为瞻塘印版)

I confess and repent! Having entered the vows of profound mantra, the fourteen root downfalls and the collections of corresponding faults, I confess and repent to the mandala deities! The supreme one who reveals empowerment, tantras, and oral instructions, to the actual Vajradhara Guru, due to contempt and not following instructions, etc., I confess and repent to the mandala deities! All beings possess the essence of the Sugata (Tathagatagarbha), from beginningless time they have been my parents, I abandon loving-kindness and treat them as enemies, I confess and repent to the mandala deities! Through the merit of such confession, may we from now until enlightenment, meet the Guru and Yama, the Lord of Death, inseparably! When practicing the excellent and precious path, may outer and inner obstacles be completely removed, may the qualities of the bhumis and paths be perfected, and may we quickly attain the state of the great Vajradhara! May the cycle of sentient beings, flowing through the six chakras, may the twenty-one thousand six hundred winds, cease and enter the central channel! May all sudden defilements, both outer and inner, and the Yama of karma arising from conceptual thoughts, may all beings drowning in darkness, enter the stainless realm of Dharma! The glorious Vajrabhairava and retinue, who protect sentient beings from the fear of Yama, this is the ritual called 'Torma Offering and Praise - Guide to the Path of Enlightenment'. Requested by the son of the Yarlung king, born as a descendant of the human king, the Dharma king of India, in the land of snows, the monk Sonam Dorje, composed by me, a monk named Dolpo. May auspicious goodness become the ornament of the world! This 'Praise Offering to Glorious Vajrabhairava - Guide to the Path of Enlightenment' was also written at the request of the son of the Yarlung ruler, a descendant of the Dharma King Songtsen Gampo, by the Shakya monk Sherab Gyaltsen Palsangpo at the Iron Mountain peak of Tashi Lhawa's palace. May it be virtuous and auspicious! E-vam! May it be virtuous! Sarva Mangalam!
