Vajrabhairava, keep your sacred vows, With the demeanor of nine dances, terrifying. Adorned with six mudras on your body, The red lingam stands erect. Vajrabhairava, keep your sacred vows. By the power of your sacred vows kept, May the afflictions and conceptual thoughts, Like snares, of us, the master, disciples, and retinue, Be cut with the sword of wisdom. Hūṃ! In the blazing palace at the gate, Are the eight great emanated corpses. Dark blue, one face, two pig snouts, The eight corpses, keep your sacred vows. Terrifying form, cleaver and skull cup raised in the sky, Eyes wide, teeth bared, roaring and standing. Tongue extended, 'Ha Ha' fills the three thousand worlds, The eight corpses, keep your sacred vows. May we, the master, disciples, and dharma practitioners, Not be stained by the faults of the eight worldly concerns, Having perfected hearing, thinking, and meditating, Accomplish the activities of fulfilling both aims. 如是，下方土地神之疾病息灭！ 吽！具德金刚怖畏尊（藏语：དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་，含义：具光荣的金刚怖畏者）： 调伏九部众，九面燃烧， 消除二边之黑暗，双角锐利， 以三门之虔诚，行供养祈请。 二十七眼调伏星宿， 九曜清净为金刚之舌， 四时清净，龇露利齿， 以三门之虔诚，行供养祈请。 头发倒竖，处于法界之中， 大空性中五字（种子字）头盖骨燃烧， 具足五佛之自性，头戴五佛冠， 以三门之虔诚，行供养祈请。 身着短裙，身色如暴雨， 圆满尸林之装束，处于火焰之中， 为稳固明点而竖立标帜， 以三门之虔诚，行供养祈请。 具足断除之功德，双手作期克印， 具足成熟之功德，手持标帜， 双运道之二谛圆满， 以三门之虔诚，行供养祈请。 十六不变之喜乐为双足， 胎生八部与卵生八部， 连同四魔一同压制， 以三门之虔诚，行供养祈请。 如是，以酬补誓言之威力， 如法修持之我等， 息灭四大不调之疾病， 息灭八种非时之死， 息灭八十万种魔障， 息灭二万一千种突发事件， 息灭仙人星曜之损害， 息灭仇敌恶咒之橛， 息灭鬼神盗取寿命， 息灭龙族引入疾病， 息灭国王降下疯癫， 息灭邪魔降下血病， 息灭空行母降下惩罚， 息灭外道制造障碍， 息灭阎罗王引入罪业， 息灭四魔夺取性命。 总而言之，息灭一切不顺之障碍， 回遮对我们怀有敌意之敌人， 转变带来损害之魔障， 愿一切怨敌魔障皆被诛杀， 愿佛教兴盛！ 吽！具德金刚怖畏尊， 祈请您以慈悲垂念于我！ 于无明之阿赖耶识（藏语：ཀུན་གཞི་，含义：一切之基础）土地上， 播下十不善业之种子， 所结之果实唯有痛苦， 于坛城本尊前忏悔！ 我之意识为遍计所执（藏语：ཀུན་བཏགས་，含义：分别念）与依他起（藏语：གཞན་དབང་，含义：依赖他者）所束缚， 沉溺于无明迷惑之黑暗中， 不知取舍，于佛法愚昧无知， 所有之过失皆忏悔！ 别解脱戒之学处， 七种别解脱戒之根本四条， 八支及一切堕罪， 于坛城本尊前忏悔！ 安住于菩萨戒之僧众， 虽应自轻他重， 然以怨报怨等， 于坛城本尊前忏悔！

Thus, may the diseases of the earth lords below be averted! Hūṃ! Glorious Vajrabhairava (Tibetan: དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཇིགས་བྱེད་, meaning: Glorious Vajra Terrifier): Subduer of the nine classes of beings, with nine blazing faces, Dispelling the darkness of the two extremes, with two sharp horns, With devotion of the three doors, I offer prostrations and supplications. Twenty-seven eyes subdue the constellations, Nine planets purified as the vajra tongue, Four times pure, baring sharp teeth, With devotion of the three doors, I offer prostrations and supplications. Hair standing on end, dwelling in the realm of Dharma, In the great emptiness, the five syllables (seed syllables) skull cup blazing, Possessing the nature of the five Buddhas, adorned with a five-Buddha crown, With devotion of the three doors, I offer prostrations and supplications. Wearing a short skirt, the color of a rainstorm, Complete with charnel ground ornaments, in the midst of flames, To stabilize the bindu, raising the emblem, With devotion of the three doors, I offer prostrations and supplications. Possessing the qualities of abandonment, hands in the threatening mudra, Possessing the qualities of maturation, holding the emblem, The two truths of the union path perfected, With devotion of the three doors, I offer prostrations and supplications. Sixteen unchanging joys as feet, Eight born from the womb and eight born from eggs, Together with the four maras, equally suppressed, With devotion of the three doors, I offer prostrations and supplications. Thus, by the power of fulfilling the vows, We who practice according to the Dharma, Avert the diseases of the imbalance of the four elements, Avert the eight untimely deaths, Avert the eighty thousand types of obstacles, Avert the twenty-one thousand sudden events, Avert the harm of the sages and planets, Avert the pegs of enemy curses, Avert the theft of life by spirits, Avert the introduction of diseases by the nagas, Avert the madness inflicted by kings, Avert the blood diseases inflicted by demons, Avert the punishments inflicted by dakinis, Avert the obstacles created by non-Buddhists, Avert the sins introduced by Yama, Avert the four maras seizing life. In short, avert all unfavorable obstacles, Turn back the enemies who harbor hostility towards us, Transform the obstacles that bring harm, May all enemies and obstacles be slain, May the Buddhist teachings flourish! Hūṃ! Glorious Vajrabhairava, I beseech you to regard me with compassion! On the ground of the alaya (Tibetan: ཀུན་གཞི་, meaning: the basis of everything) of ignorance, Sowing the seeds of the ten non-virtuous actions, The fruits of which are only suffering, I confess before the deities of the mandala! My consciousness is bound by imputation (Tibetan: ཀུན་བཏགས་, meaning: conceptual thought) and dependence on others (Tibetan: གཞན་དབང་, meaning: dependent on others), Sinking into the darkness of ignorance and delusion, Not knowing what to accept or reject, ignorant of the Dharma, I confess all faults! The precepts of the Pratimoksha, The four root vows of the seven types of Pratimoksha, The eight branches and all downfalls, I confess before the deities of the mandala!
