A yogi practicing the two stages, in a charnel ground or other sacred place, desiring to offer fulfillment substances and ransom offerings to Mahakala and Entourage, should arrange offerings and tormas mixed with uncooked meat, along with inner offerings, vajra and bell, samaya substances, banners, and strong incense. Beginning with the preliminaries, generate yourself as the deity, visualize the deity in front, and enjoy the torma offerings and tsokhorlo. Visualize the flesh and blood of those who have broken their vows, enemies, and obstructors, transforming into clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings, filling the immeasurable space. To invite the Dharma Protector and Entourage, play music and sing melodious songs, and to offer the samaya substances, speak these words: Hum! From the great mandala of pure play, Bhagavan Great Glorious Vajra Mahakala, and all your entourage, come to this place! Descend to protect the Buddha's teachings! Manifesting form from the expanse of non-elaboration, descend to protect us yogis! Displaying unbearable power and fierce demeanor, descend to subdue the cruel enemies and obstructors! Residing firmly in this sacred palace, offer this ocean of delightful samaya substances! To accomplish all entrusted activities, please be seated upon the lotus and sun seat! Om Shri Mahakala Deviye Sa Pariwara Ehyehi Dzah Hum Bam Hoh Padma Kamalaya Svaha! Hum! Pure water of the eightfold noble path, fragrant with scent, is the stainless offering water, kyilli li! The Dharmata is radiant, the beautiful patra is full, with heaps of flowers of various colors. The three vows are pure, the scent of morality, the smoke of divine incense, tulu lu! The glory that destroys the darkness of samsara's afflictions, the five eyes' Dharma lamp, tala la!
