As it is said: Those who are well-established in the generation stage, Those who desire the completion stage, This method, the Buddha of completion, Spoke of as a staircase. As it is said. Moreover, the main path to be pursued by all the non-dual father and mother tantras is the great bliss of co-emergence, and the basis for practice is the nature of the union of light or two kayas, so practice through the path of skillful means, wisdom, generation, completion, and union. In general, it is necessary to strike the vital points of the Vajra body. In particular, in the Tantra of the Wheel of the Sun it says: Generation and completion are great. And, in the Inconceivable Secret Tantra of Chakrasamvara it says: Generation and completion etc. do not abide, Whoever desires the Great Perfection, This is the time to enter. Thus, the father tantra establishes the view of pure, equal, and united union of the Nirmanakaya mandala, based on the external appearance of the world, and practices through the expansion of the external generation stage and either the wind or the formless meditation of the completion stage, the result is the Vajra Nirmanakaya." } ] ============================================================

Having attained the (co-emergent) body, the Mother Tantra establishes the complete inner illusory body mandala with the view of the Completion Stage, and by practicing the condensed Generation Stage that trains the egg-born, and by practicing the yoga of the three channels, bindus, and winds, the result, the Sambhogakaya, is accomplished. The secret, self-aware Bodhicitta appears clearly within the Dharmakaya mandala or Dharmadhatu, and the two Kayas of wisdom's outer clarity are established in the union mandala with the view of the Great Perfection, and by practicing the Trekchö and Tögal, the union of Generation and Completion, one awakens to the nature of the spontaneously accomplished five Kayas. These scriptural citations also refute those who slander, saying that even the name of Dzogchen has not been heard. Here, through the door of the union of channels, winds, and bindus that include appearances, by focusing on the inner illusory body mandala itself, in order to guide the co-emergent, a little of the ultimate accomplishment of yoga is explained. Establishing the nature of the fundamental channels, winds, and bindus, the manner of focusing on the essential points through the yoga of the path winds and Tummo, and the bindu of Bodhicitta, and the order of the manifestation of the ground and paths of the swift and ultimate result. First, from both the Tantra that Cuts Off All Secrets and the wondrously adorned Tantra of the Cemetery: "Abiding is the channel, moving is the wind, Arranging is Bodhicitta, inferior is the form." Thus, the nature of these three is explained. First, abiding is the channel, there is certainty of the order of arising, certainty of the nature, certainty of the manner of abiding, and certainty of the number. First, in the "Ear of Whispered Instructions": "Like this, together with the Avadhuti, the five channels are first, then after that, then twenty-four." That is to say, when first forming in the womb, in the center of the heart, the central channel, the left channel, and the right channel, on the eastern and southern petals, the three-coiled channel and the desire channel, these five form simultaneously. Then, in the west is the home channel, and in the north is the Tummo channel, and together with the central channel, there is the demon-free channel, these three form. Those four directional channels pierce the central channel, the left channel, and the right channel in the manner of piercing holes, just as the southeast channel separates from the eastern three-coiled channel, so too the other directional channels separate from the other three channels, while the demon-free channel coils around the central channel, piercing the tip of the tongue and remaining there.
