Because of its empty nature, it is like a lotus in the sky. Thus it is said. Like that, for three days etc., before decisively cutting it from the root, one should allow it to be broken down. The fourth is: Not found... to, the words of giving. Like that, observing the place of arising, the manner of arising, the nature of the one arising, nothing is found, but rather it is originally abiding in non-arising, seeing it as it is, this is the realization of the Dharmakaya, the original ground of being, therefore it is given recognition. In the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra it says: 'In the unborn, free from grasping and being grasped, the Dharmakaya, unborn, is just a name.' In the Longsal it says: 'When the place of arising is not found in the mind, the mind itself is decisively cut as empty. That emptiness, free from being identified, is recognized as the Dharmakaya.' Thus it is said. The third is to cut decisively on the meaning of what is found: Before that... great. Before that, it is very important to be able to truly ascertain the unborn wisdom of the Dharmakaya, the ground of being, which is free from elaboration. Why? Because for both Buddhas and sentient beings, there is nothing other than the great cause, the Dharmakaya, but recognizing this itself is the path of all the victorious ones. In the Treasury of Unborn it says: 'Uncontrived, that is the treasury of unborn, it is the path of the Buddhas of the three times.' Thus it is said. Because sentient beings do not recognize this, they are confused. Therefore, from now on, one must recognize it and abide in it. In the Padma Khyilwai Gyud it says: 'For both Buddhas and sentient beings, there is nothing other than one cause, decisively cut it. That cause is the Dharmakaya, decisively determine it. Because one does not recognize that own nature, one is confused by ignorance, decisively cut it. Do not be distracted from the meaning of seeing that, decisively determine it.' Thus it is said. The third is the establishment of the mudra. Samaya is: Here, the most supreme and secret Great Perfection Dharmakaya's state of being, the means to manifestly represent it, is this oath-bound mudra. The mudra is as before. Explaining the state of the Ground Great Perfection, samsara and nirvana being complete in the mind.
