The way of change is that air circulates in the life pulse, and if it is leaked, it may go mad and walk away. If air is leaked between the muscles, then leprosy, sores, pus, and louse disease will occur. If it is leaked to the heart, then heart air will occur. If the downward air is reversed, then external excrement and, white and red Bodhicitta will drip. If it is reversed upward, then dizziness will occur, confusion and upper body pain, and nose pain will occur. So it is said. For this, there are five kinds of reversal suppression methods.
