Commentary on the Bindu of Bliss-Emptiness Spring Commentary on the Bindu of Bliss-Emptiness Spring From the Bindu of Bliss-Emptiness Spring, the means of generating self-arisen wisdom, the ten grounds of cause and effect as food, the yoga of subtle habituation dwells. Secondly, the distinctive completion stage of empowering the mother tantra is that, since it arises from the transformation of the worldly channels, energies, and bindus, binding it depends on binding the bindu into non-leakage, and the key to the transformation of leaking bliss dissolving into the unchanging nature of bliss-emptiness is that "spring" refers to the white bindu for pouring bliss, and "bindu" refers to the red bindu that becomes a condition for grasping, and both are pervasive and extensive, so it is called "le." Although the method of combining these two is established as the way that method arises from method through the two Chandali methods, in reality, it is the cause for the clear manifestation of the wisdom of one's own place, and although it does not need to be generated from the cause of generation, it is conventionally done that way, and the sixteen parts of the moon and sun of burning, dripping, descending, and reversing, and the sixteen joys of the four bodies, four speeches, four minds, and four wisdoms of the twelve houses are guided by the sixteen great compassion of method, and the yoga of combining the sixteen wisdoms of emptiness, through the habituation of the ten grounds of cause-world and fruit-transcendence, is called the yoga of subtle bindus, because the object of focus is subtle, or because it is an inward-turning yoga, or it is a synonym for the manifestation of its non-elaboration wisdom bindu. Moreover, in the past, Maha Guru Padmasambhava gathered the essence of the meaning of all the tantras into one, spoke to the king, ministers, and retinue, placed them on the fruit of maturation and liberation, and for the sake of future generations, wrapped the secret words on yellow paper, so the source is pure. Namo Guru Padmakaraye. What kind of yogi is truly accustomed to the instructions of the three vital efforts? When the channels are straight and the energy is purified, or when the channels and energies are pliable, it becomes workable, and one can bind whatever wheel one practices. He will cut off the flow of mental effort, and for that, the support of this key instruction, this bindu that holds and subdues, is profound. Samaya. First, with the key of binding the energy, in order to cut off conceptual thoughts, there is the fierce energy of energy, and the bindu that consumes the transformation of impure bindu elements, the internal wisdom of

This is another aspect of Tummo. The Vajra Heart Commentary says, "It is called Tummo because it burns." The Difficult Explanation of Vajrakila by Tso Kyem says, "Tummo is that which eradicates the afflictions of existence from the root." Generally, Tummo is like the Akashagarbha Tantra, which says, "Those who desire self-luminous wisdom should examine the distinctions of Caṇḍālī. First is the Svabhāva Caṇḍālī, second is the Tummo Caṇḍālī, and third is the Samputa Caṇḍālī." The Twelve Distinctions of Manngé says, there are three types of Tummo that are co-emergent with the body and yoga. The Secret Nectar says, there are twelve distinctions such as the Ugly Caṇḍālī. Furthermore, there are Tummo of body, wisdom, ordinary, supreme, with signs, without signs, conventional, ultimate, base, path, fruit, substance, mantra, wisdom, channels, winds, and bindus. Here, the latter three refer to the yoga of that path. If one is not accustomed to Tummo, but practices the seizing of bliss and emptiness of the upper gate nectar, it is an act of transgression. This is ordinary behavior, not the point. If the bindu or the fire of Tummo is not urged by the mudra, then one cannot seize the rain of emptiness of the nectar. Therefore, the Sadhana Section says, there are three types of Tummo: external substance Tummo, internal generation stage Tummo, and secret wind-holding Tummo. Among them, the latter is the supreme practice of the path of samaya mudra, and it must not deviate from the essential points of binding the body, wind, and mind. The secret wind-holding Tummo is: The three doors are oppressed by the three wheels. The establishment of the wheel of the body is: squatting on a comfortable seat, with the left ankle pressed on the sole of the right foot, and the elbows supporting the hips. With the hands crossed left and right, press the pulse with two fingers, and internally press the two knees. Tighten the inner thighs (swelling) and hamstrings, and the four major root channels. Relax the mind and rotate the wheel of fire. Rotate the upper body to the right and stay, stretching like a lion, spreading the eyes of the channels. Below that is the wheel of speech essence, in the hidden place below the navel is the seed of fire. By reciting (种子字,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) at the place of (种子字,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), think of the fire blazing, bliss and warmth burning. After that is the wheel of mind, with clear and undistracted mind, possessing pride, pressing the upper wind and drawing in the lower wind, stirring the pervasive wind, ah.
