Krektö's common Rushen, clinging and delusion are liberated at the base. Krektö's common Rushen, clinging and delusion are liberated at the base. From the wisdom illusion net, the practice called Krektö's common Rushen, clinging and delusion are liberated at the base, is present. The embodiment of the Buddhas of the three times, to the precious root and lineage lamas, I pray, look upon me with compassion. May the sins and obscurations of the three doors be purified, may the seeds of the three kayas be firmly planted, and may I be able to shake the three realms to their core! Beginning with these words, the differentiation of the three doors, samsara and nirvana, Rushen, is that it has a special purpose. For example, in a place where there is great suspicion that there is an enemy, if one first scouts and finds that there is an enemy, one can fight and win. Then, guests can travel without fear. Similarly, by doing the preliminary practices, obstacles are cleared away, and the main practice goes on the path, which is meaningful. Also, just as one cultivates the land well and lays the foundation on a firm ridge, even if one builds a house and does not live in it, there is no fear. Similarly, if the foundation of the preliminary practices is well laid, there will be no obstacles to the main practice. Also, just as planting a seed causes the fruit to ripen, planting the seed of the preliminary practices causes the signs of realization and all the crops of the path and the fruit to ripen. Also, just as one must wash away dirt in order to change the color of cloth with dye, all the sins, obscurations, habits, appearances, and clinging of the three doors are purified by the preliminary practices. Also, just as iron is needed to transform something into gold, without the foundation of the preliminary practices, the main practice cannot arise, so it is very important. Therefore, whatever yoga of the base and the path, one must go before it, so it also makes the work possible. There are two types of these, common and uncommon. The first is divided into three types of Rushen, outer, inner, and secret. The first is the Rushen of the three doors of body, speech, and mind, which is practiced as one. One goes to a secluded place and seeks help from the white side. In order to restrain the faults of the black side, one makes offerings with white and red tormas. To those who break their vows, one drives them away by using fierce actions with a wrathful posture. Then, in order to quickly liberate and guide all sentient beings, who are equal to the sky, into the body of a youthful vase, for that purpose

Resolve to distinguish between the three realms of samsara and nirvana, and strive to practice the essence of clear light. Then, of the two, purifying the habitual tendencies of samsara and arranging the interdependent conditions of nirvana, the first is to focus the mind on the black, self-colored habitual tendency thigle in the center of the seed of hell at the sole of one's foot. Think that the light and thigle increase greatly because they are nourished by the greatest sin previously aroused by hatred, and forcefully awaken the appearance of hell. Lower your head, utter cries of hot and cold from your mouth, and turn your body around. Purify your mind by taking the sufferings manifestly upon yourself with your mind. Then, when it arises well, visualize the root guru himself as the Bhagavan Vajrasattva on the crown of your head, and think that the five-colored rays of light from the life-essence Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) that cannot be compared to the fire of the eon burn, purify, and dissolve there, and become pure there. Then, think that the body, together with the seed syllable, has become non-existent. Again, think that the stream of nectar descends from the body and washes away the habitual tendencies of the mind. Recite the five families of seed syllables led by the essence of the vajra heart, and finally abide in non-objectification. Recite one hundred thousand times during these times. Then, visualize the preta seed syllable प्रे (Tibetan: པྲེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Literal Chinese meaning: प्रे) gray at the secret place, the animal seed syllable त्र (Tibetan: ཏྲི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्र, Sanskrit Romanization: tra, Literal Chinese meaning: त्र) red-black at the navel, the human seed syllable न्रः (Tibetan: ནྲཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: न्रः, Sanskrit Romanization: nraḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: न्रः) green at the heart, the asura seed syllable सुं (Tibetan: སུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Romanization: suṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: सुं) yellow at the throat, and the deva seed syllable अ (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: अ) white at the crown of the head. On top of the thigle of their respective colors, connect with afflictions such as miserliness, ignorance, anger, jealousy, and pride, and think that many eons become a moment, and be born in that realm. The body of the preta is head down, the animal is lying down, and the three realms are upward. The preta's mouth emits five evil sounds, like the sound of drowning in a river, the wailing of animals, the natural sound of humans is the cry of suffering from birth, old age, sickness, and death, the sound of the asura is the sound of thunder and the sound of fighting and death as mountains collapse, the sound of the gods is a melodious sound, and the cries for help, and the preta's mind is hungry and thirsty, and the suffering of inner and outer burdens, the animals are foolish, mute, fearful, and kill each other.
