First: the sign of space is a blue halo, possessing five colors; the sign of wisdom is a cluster of round bindus; the sign of the body is a thin, curved line connected by fine threads. In essence, these appear as the body and qualities of the five wisdoms. From the horse of dualistic appearance, separated by subtle winds, they now appear as forms of coming and going, moving and flickering, but in essence, they are immutable. As it is said in the \"Self-Arisen\": \"The light body possessing five wisdoms, appears as light in a continuous line. That is coming and going, moving and flickering.\" Seeing these, and the three levels of habituation and stability, occur sequentially at the time of manifestation. First: the blue space is the size of a cubit, and the bindus appear as a triple connection, and the fine lines move. For a beginner, it is slightly stable. As it is said in the \"Lamp Illuminating\": \"The measure of practice is threefold: the measure of seeing, the measure of habituation, and the measure of stability are taught. The measure of seeing is light: the unchanging blue is the measure of space, the clear round cluster is the measure of the lamp, the fine movement is the measure of awareness, and it should be known at the time of seeing.\" Second: the space appears as possessing five colors, about a cubit in size, and the bindus are as bright as brocade patterns, and the awareness is as stable as a butterfly slowly hovering, which is the measure of habituation. As it is said in the same text: \"The measure of habituation is threefold: the five colors arising from the blue, appearing about a cubit in size, is the first measure of habituation.\" And as it is said in the \"Lamp\": \"The round cluster appears as a brocade pattern, appearing at the tip of one's nose, is the first measure of habituation.\" It is also said: \"Awareness is like a butterfly hovering, is the first measure of habituation.\" The third is even more stable than that. Second, the characteristics of seeing the wisdom of the luminosity of reality: purifying the clinging to self in the direction of samsara, the defilements of the afflicted mind become manifest," } ] ============================================================

Because of realizing the directly perceived, there is no falling back in the three realms. In "Vimalakīrti's Discourse," it says: When awareness is directly seen, by the key point of seeing the truth, the three realms will not fall back. So it is said. Not only that, but also because the Dharmakāya with eight special qualities is directly manifested, in "Perfected Skill" it says: This object of self-appearing awareness is clear in the lineage of wisdom. So it is said. In general, there are various ways to measure the four visions and the levels of vidyādharas on the bhūmis and paths with different standards. However, I think it is reasonable for my father to correspond this direct perception with the two vidyādharas of the first bhūmi, because this scripture says that one does not fall back in the three realms and sees the truth. If one does not attain the first bhūmi, those will not work either. Cutting off with the word "direct perception," who can refute the prayer to Vajradhara that words cannot be broken through? In "Refutation," it also says: For those who are fortunate enough to obtain direct perception, there is no name for the cycle of the three realms, it is to cut off the life of the three existences. Thus, it is said that one does not fall back in the three realms. Then, if it is said that one needs to have hundreds of thousands of mundane qualities, that is also true. Originally, just like an arhat without ornaments, it is okay to have no external appearance. For this reason, the so-called direct perception is merely the arising of superior discriminating wisdom, and one should not determine it only by external signs. This is the key. External signs may focus on various things due to the differences in realms, and because the way of observing wisdom, channels, and the gathering of prana is sometimes uncertain, I say that the measure is to see no-self directly and to realize that the Dharmakāya's self-awareness wisdom is free from dualistic grasping. The fifth key point is, in "Refutation," it says: The key point of direct perception is body, speech, and mind. The key points of each must correspond. Among them, the body should not be constantly interrupted from the three kāyas. Speech is learning, abiding, and recitation should also be stable. The mind is accomplished by abiding in the dharmadhātu. The three key points of oral instructions should not be separated. That is also relying on the door and the place, as well as the place of prana and awareness. The door is to look with the eyes at the three kāyas. The place is to be free from obscurations. When prana and awareness are slow, wisdom is accomplished. So it is said. The sixth way of practicing is to place awareness in the realm of the dharmadhātu. In "Burning Lamp," it says: The awareness of the dharmadhātu
