Thus I have heard, the Ḍākiṇī sovereign, Padmā Vārāhī, when the all-pervading Ḍākiṇī initiated the discussion: "If a herd of sentient horses is afflicted by diseases and harmful spirits, what should be done?" The Ḍākiṇī revealed: "This is the liberation through a special mantra of the Ḍākiṇīs." Having said this, she bestowed this mantra: Oṃ Sarva Ṭiṭa Śa Thim Tina Tina Vaiḥ Kusalaya Tika Deka Tiśa Hotra. Recite this mantra one hundred and eight times, circumambulating daily. Sprinkle it on white mustard seeds. If this is done, the assembly of spirits that harm the life of the horses will not be able to approach within eighteen yojanas. It will pacify equine diseases such as epidemics, and without a doubt, it will cut off all horse demons and horse harms. I heard this from the Chakrasamvara Tantra in the past.
