Gathering the deathless life essence of all the Buddhas of the four times and ten directions, the splendor like a vajra, and the dominion like a Yungdrung, contemplate them as being firmly established in an indestructible amulet. Recite: A Ah Hum Svaha! Bhrum Vajra Ratna Padma Karma Buddha Ayuh She Hum Ah! After completing the recitation, again the rays of light shine back, the glory of the environment and beings of the three realms, and especially your own wandering vital essence, or what has been diminished by circumstances, or what has been hooked by black magic, or what has been stolen by gods and demons, etc., all are hooked back and abide in the five places as the names and forms of the five colors of the vital essence winds: On the crown of the head is the name syllable, adorned with a bindu; on the throat is the bone syllable, adorned with a bindu; in the heart is the life syllable, adorned with a bindu; in the navel is the vital essence sustenance, adorned with a bindu; in the secret place is the nature of the body element, the wind shape, the sign of the mother consort, adorned with a bindu.
