༔ 具缘者汝赐灌顶，此般若波罗蜜多之，因果十地一时圆，于天女宽广莲花处，祈愿获得普贤坛城！根本咒后念诵：པྲ་ཛྙཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文）प्रज्ञाज्ञान अभिषिञ्च हुं（梵文天城体）Prajñājñāna abhiṣiñca hūṃ（梵文罗马拟音）智慧，知识，灌顶，吽（汉语字面意思）此后末尾护持朵玛灌顶是：ཧཱུྃ༔ 盆器乃是色究竟天法界，朵玛是三身空行之精华，具缘之子赐予灌顶故，祈愿获得圆满坛城之灌顶！སརྦ་མནྜ་ལ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文）सर्व मण्डल अभिषिञ्च हुं（梵文天城体）Sarva maṇḍala abhiṣiñca hūṃ（梵文罗马拟音）一切，坛城，灌顶，吽（汉语字面意思）如是说诵，承诺三昧耶，交付护持吉祥物与征相，以曼扎供养酬谢，以清净意乐祝吉祥，未得如此命依前，若诵猛咒则会衰败，无论如何修持亦难成，供养祈请徒劳无益，若具此命依，一切所需诸事业，智慧天女定能成办。如是智慧增上者，为利一切众生故，为使续部教法不衰，劝请六次发善心。因无处可抄写伏藏文，故且缓一时置于他处。一夜间出现五位女子，说：『是为你命之苏息。』，梦见打开腹部，融入自心。此后获得书写之灵感，然亦未任其自流，收集续部与伏藏之药丸，愿以善德令教法广弘！吉祥！善哉！善哉！善哉！妙哉！ 金刚空行母大灌顶仪轨誓言轮。

༔ By bestowing empowerment upon you, the fortunate one, may the cause and effect, the ten bhumis, of this Perfection of Wisdom be perfected all at once. Then, at the end, the guardian Torma empowerment is: Hūṃ! The vessel is the Dharmadhatu of Akanishta, the Torma is the essence of the three kayas and the dakinis. Because there was nothing to copy the treasure text from, I postponed it for a while. One night, five women appeared and said, "This is to relieve your life." I dreamed that they opened my abdomen and dissolved into my own mind. Since then, I have gained the inspiration to write. However, I did not leave it alone, but collected the medicine pills of the tantras and treasures. May the teachings flourish through virtue! Mangalam! Good! Good! Good! Excellent!
