However, nowadays, the wild and rebellious enemies of the teachings, in the great ocean of suffering in samsara, have no chance to be liberated by the skillful means of the four ways of gathering, so the time has come to engage in fierce subjugation and manifest activity. For the practitioner who is free from deceit and hypocrisy, hiding selfish intentions and harming others, it is not just relying on the truth of the supreme refuge, but planting the seeds of liberation for the uninitiated, cutting off the continuation of bad karma, shortening the duration of ripening, and for the benefit of the Buddha's teachings and the happiness of beings, according to the teachings of the Vajrayana, practice Ta Na Ga Na. Countless monasteries were destroyed by armies, all statues and images were hacked to pieces, all scriptures were burned and thrown into the water, monks, the pillars of the doctrine, were executed, all who remained alive were demoted to commoners, countless temples were set ablaze, precious people were killed throughout the kingdom, all innocent animals were hunted, all young monks were slaughtered to feed the army, food was stolen from people's mouths, possessions were seized from their hands, clothes were snatched from their backs, and they were driven naked into the empty fields, the earth was filled with those dying from cold and starvation, they were the instigators of all diseases, weapons, and famines, the number of dead erected the banner of hell on the battlefield, they accumulated the five inexpiable sins, and were complete with all ten non-virtues, due to wrong views, they despised cause and effect, due to wrong actions, they are now receiving evil consequences, due to wrong karma, they are always greedy for sin, in short, they possess seven kinds of decline, there is nothing they have not done, they are not fit to engage in Dharma activities, if forceful measures are not considered against these people, but instead, peace and neutrality are maintained, then the Buddha's teachings will surely be abandoned, abandoning sentient beings is a root downfall, if previous commitments and aspirations are abandoned, and no effort is made to protect the Dharma, then the title of Dharma protector is just empty words, if no action is taken when the Dharma declines, then why protect it when the Dharma flourishes? What could be more important than this? Whether it is true or not, the gods of wisdom will know, therefore, in a posture of compassionate wrath, manifest a great and majestic form, the time has come to subdue the Rudra of Buddhism, the time has come to destroy the evil armies.
