现在已经太长了！更何况还有恶念，粗暴的行为和恶劣的武器都会反噬自身。死后还会堕入无间地狱和饿鬼道，世代轮回。因此，大家各自安住在自己的位置上吧！不要以我为榜样，去伤害他人。轮回之中没有任何确定性。这些妻子是轮回的基石，是斩断解脱命脉的利刃。这是圣法的魔障，是延续轮回的罪恶种子，没有比这更大的菩提障碍了。来世会转生成沙玛里的树木。即使你对她好，她也会像对待仇人一样对待你。现在执着也只会导致双方毁灭。一次的执着都无法随意使用。因此，要深思熟虑这些真实的话语！而且，即使你还活着，今天装作很亲热的样子，如果今晚遇到前世有缘的伴侣，她会和你交换，然后完全占有他。即使你死了，也无法阻止伴侣的行为。几年之后，她会忘记你，和别人在一起，比和你在一起更快乐。男人也是一样的。因此，认为对方是终身伴侣是错误的。对于子女也不应该执着，首先给他们食物，中间给他们衣服，最后会被财产和争端完全吞噬。无论你多么爱他们，他们也不会同样爱你。和无意义的男女朋友交往，背弃父母，追逐伴侣。恶语相向，怒目而视，殴打虐待，在食物和衣物上折磨。即使死了也不后悔，剥夺父母的宗教遗产。摆脱无法承受的负担，才是心中最快乐的事。出卖上师，诽谤正法，一次又一次地诅咒死亡。前世的仇敌转生成为报应的子女。儿子和女儿会做出不正当的行为。四分之一的罪业由父亲承担，一半由母亲承担。无止境地延续轮回的罪恶。没有比这更会以怨报德的人了。特别是，你会被仇敌吞噬财产和争端。即使执着于他们也无济于事，现在很痛苦。即使执着于财物和用具，这也是引导仇敌和恶鬼的根源。因为积累、守护和失去而痛苦，财富是无尽毁灭的根源。首先，因为通过罪恶积累而果报沉重。中间，因为吝啬和阻碍而果报沉重。最后，因为贪恋和嗔恨而堕入恶道。即使执着也无济于事，无法随意使用一点点。积累财物，聚集敌人。

In the future, one will be reborn in Avīci Hell and the realm of hungry ghosts, in endless cycles. Therefore, let everyone stay peacefully in their own place! Do not use me as an example to harm others. There is no certainty in samsara. These wives are the foundation stones of samsara, the sharp knives that cut off the life force of liberation. This is a demon of the sacred Dharma, a seed of sin that perpetuates samsara; there is no greater obstacle to enlightenment than this. In the next life, one will be born as a tree of Shāmalī. Even if you treat her kindly, she will look at you as if you were an enemy. Now, attachment will only lead to mutual destruction. One cannot freely indulge in attachment even once. Therefore, contemplate these true words! Moreover, even if you are still alive, even if you pretend to be affectionate today, if she meets a partner with whom she has karmic connections from a previous life tonight, she will exchange you for him and then completely possess him. Even if you die, you cannot prevent your partner's actions. After a few years, she will forget you, be with someone else, and be happier than she was with you. Men are the same. Therefore, it is a mistake to think that the other person is a lifelong partner. One should not be attached to children either; first, give them food, in the middle, give them clothes, and in the end, one will be completely consumed by wealth and disputes. No matter how much you love them, they will not love you in the same way. Associating with meaningless male and female friends, abandoning parents, chasing after partners. Speaking harshly, glaring angrily, beating and abusing, tormenting with food and clothing. Even if they die, they will not regret it, depriving their parents of their religious inheritance. Getting rid of unbearable burdens is the greatest happiness in one's heart. Selling the guru, slandering the Dharma, wishing for death again and again. Enemies from past lives are reborn as children to exact revenge. Sons and daughters commit improper actions. A quarter of the sin is borne by the father, and half by the mother. Perpetuating the cycle of samsara endlessly. There is no one like this who repays kindness with harm. In particular, you will be devoured by enemies through property and disputes. Even if you are attached to them, it will be of no use; now it is painful. Even if you are attached to wealth and possessions, this is the root that leads enemies and demons. Suffering from accumulating, protecting, and losing, wealth is the basis of endless destruction. First, because it is accumulated through sin, the karmic result is heavy. In the middle, because of stinginess and obstruction, the fruit is heavy. Finally, because of attachment and hatred, one is abandoned in the lower realms. Even if one is attached, it is of no use; one cannot freely use even a little. Accumulating possessions, gathering enemies.

与我及众生共，以自性亏损耗尽为终结。 执着于此，漂泊于轮回泥潭中， 背离了解脱的必经之路， 歧途引向恶趣之地。 临终之时，任何财物都无法带走， 甚至连一顿饱饭也无法享用， 必须赤裸双手空空而去。 因此，不要执着，培养舍弃之心， 舍弃一切，方能证得真正的涅槃。 装饰和用具等等一切， 如幻如梦，并非恒常不变。 执着于身体，如同土猪的小妾； 执着于食物，如同食肉鬼的眼珠； 执着于衣物，如同三种燃烧之火； 执着于财物，如同孩童手中的毒蛇。 此外，贪求执着会滋生毁灭之源（争端）， 眼睛执着于色，如飞蛾扑火自焚； 耳朵执着于声音，如野兽被猎人所杀； 鼻子执着于气味，如蜜蜂被花朵所困； 舌头执着于味道，如鱼儿被鱼钩所擒； 身体执着于触觉，如大象陷入泥潭。 总之，无论执着于何物， 最终只会带来痛苦。 因此，以真实之语揭示要点， 好好地听闻并铭记于心。 不要放弃精进，现在就开始努力吧！ 忆念极乐清净的刹土。 唉！如果执着于亲友和孩子， 最初觉得认识高兴，见面快乐， 中间争夺财产，互相残杀，怨恨深重， 最终暗中互相诋毁，互相依赖， 一代又一代地与他人相异， 因不熟悉而最终反目成仇。 因此，没有必要执着于他们。 赞誉和名声，如同八风，好坏不定， 得到又如何，失去又如何？ 死后，它们的皮毛对主人又有何用？ 因此，不要执着，思考空性之义， 走我所指引的道路，不要犹豫。 在所有净土中，极乐世界最为殊胜， 务必将它作为你最终的归宿。 在所有身体中，佛陀的身体最为殊胜， 为了获得它，发起殊胜的菩提心。 在所有财富中，圣者的七圣财最为殊胜， 为了增长它们，依止少欲知足。 在所有食物中，禅定最为殊胜， 它的因是远离贪执和错觉。 在所有衣物中，羞耻心和惭愧心最为清净， 它们在无有贪嗔的情况下自然成就。 在所有装饰中，安住于戒律，听闻和思维最为殊胜。

At the time of death, one has no power to take away even a single item of wealth, One does not even have the power to eat enough for one meal, One must go naked with empty hands. Therefore, do not cling, cultivate the mind of giving, If you give up everything, you will attain true nirvana. All ornaments and utensils, Are like illusions and dreams, not permanent. Clinging to the body is like the concubine of an earth pig, Clinging to food is like the eyes of a flesh-eating demon, Clinging to clothes is like the three kinds of burning fire, Clinging to possessions is like a child with a poisonous snake. Furthermore, craving and clinging give rise to the source of destruction (strife), If the eye clings to form, it dies like a moth to a flame, If the ear clings to sound, the wild animal is killed by the hunter, If the nose clings to smell, the bee is trapped in the flower, If the tongue clings to taste, the fish is caught by the hook, If the body clings to touch, the elephant wallows in the mud. In short, no matter what you cling to, It only creates suffering. Therefore, reveal the key points with truthful words, Listen well and keep them in mind. Do not abandon diligence, start now! Remember the pure land of Great Bliss. Alas! If you cling to relatives and children, At first, you feel happy to know them, joyful to see them, In the middle, you fight over property, kill each other, and have great resentment, In the end, you secretly slander each other, relying on each other, From generation to generation, you become different from others, Due to unfamiliarity, you eventually become enemies. Therefore, there is no need to cling to them all. Praise and fame, like the eight worldly concerns, are like good and bad echoes, What do you gain from getting them, what do you lose from losing them? What use are their hides to the owner after death? Therefore, do not cling, contemplate the meaning of emptiness, Go on the path I have shown, without hesitation. Among all pure lands, the Land of Great Bliss is the best, Be sure to make it your final destination. Among all bodies, the body of the Victorious One is the best, To obtain it, generate the supreme mind of enlightenment. Among all wealth, the seven noble riches of the noble ones are the best, To increase them, rely on contentment and knowing enough. Among all foods, special samadhi is the best, Its cause is to abandon great attachment and delusion. Among all clothes, shame and modesty are the purest, They are naturally accomplished without attachment or aversion. Among all ornaments, abiding in discipline, listening, and contemplating are the best.
