I prostrate to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus I have heard, at one time, the Bhagavan was in the Sudharma Hall of the Thirty-Three Gods, together with a great Sangha of Bhikshus, a great Sangha of Bodhisattvas, and the lord of the gods, Indra. Then, the Bhagavan sat on the prepared seat and entered the Samadhi called "Observing the Crown." As soon as the Bhagavan entered Samadhi, these foundations of secret mantras arose from the crown.
