Once, the Blessed One dwelt in the stupa on the summit of the Great Vajra Mount Meru, the place of the Great Vajra Samādhi, well adorned with the Great Vajra wish-fulfilling tree groves, illuminated by the light of the precious lotuses in the Great Vajra pond, the ground strewn with the Great Vajra sand, blessed by the Great Vajra, the surrounding cloisters made of the Great Vajra, adorned with billions of trillions of Great Vajra lion thrones of the Lord of Gods, Indra, teaching the Dharma and possessing miracles, blessed by the blessings of all Buddhas, all dharmas entering into equality, necessarily arising from omniscience. There were eighty-four billion trillion nayutas of Bodhisattvas, all being bound by one lifetime, irreversible from unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, having obtained great power, transforming into Buddha-fields by the Great Vajra's liberation samādhi, universally displaying great miracles, in a single instant, moment, and short time of mind, following the minds and behaviors of all sentient beings, teaching various dharmas of equality that are pleasing, vast, and profound, and possessing courage and miracles, in the Buddha-fields offering to the Tathāgata with clouds of great offerings, and the gates of liberation, dhāraṇīs, samādhis, and powers, superknowledges and non-mixture, limbs of enlightenment, the path and the ten bhūmis, perfections, skillful means, the objects of gathering, love and compassion, joy and equanimity, the power of love and solitude, and the completely purified stream of mind.

All are fully endowed, such as: the Bodhisattva Mahasattva named Vajra Essence, Vajra Eye, Vajra Body, Vajra Wisdom, Vajrapani, Vajra Assembly, Vajra Great Strength, Vajra Transformation, Vajra Accumulation, Vajra Aggregate, Vajra Roar, Vajra Good, and the Bodhisattva Mahasattva named Vajra Crown, and so on, eighty-four kotis of nayutas of hundreds of thousands of Bodhisattva Mahasattvas. There were also many great Shravakas, all of whom were Arhats, their outflows exhausted, their bonds of existence severed, their minds completely liberated by right knowledge, having obtained the power of miraculous abilities and inconceivable transformations, having great mastery, without attachment, all free from defilements, with only the remnants of the habitual tendencies of afflictions. Such as: the venerable Shariputra, the venerable Purna Maitreyaniputra, the venerable Kapina, the venerable Subhuti, the venerable Mahamoggallana, the venerable Kulita, the venerable Gada, the venerable Gaya Kashyapa, the venerable Maha Kashyapa, the venerable Nadika Kashyapa, and so on, many great Shravakas. There were also countless, immeasurable, and incalculable sons of the gods of the Pure Abodes, such as the great Ishvara.
