Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani, having offered various flowers, fragrances, and incense to the Bhagavan, circumambulated the Bhagavan three times, touched the feet of the Bhagavan, and beseeched the Bhagavan, saying: "Bhagavan, please reveal the distinctions of qualities that exist in the world of Saha." "Bhagavan, other than these foundations of the Tathagata's true Dharma, beings cannot accumulate merit with just meager roots of virtue." Then, the Bhagavan spoke to the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, saying: "Vajrapani, those beings are lazy, have weak diligence, are deluded by ignorance, are blinded by the arrogance of desire, are difficult to believe, do not accept the other side, do not accept this side, do not accept ascetics, do not accept Brahmins, and do not attend to the leaders of their lineage. Therefore, they will not obtain this dharani, and those with little merit, small fortune, and weak intellect will not listen to it, teach it, or generate faith in this dharani spoken by the Tathagata, which destroys all sins." Then, the Bhagavan spoke to the great Yaksha general Vajrapani, saying: "Son of good family, from here, to the east, passing through immeasurable Buddha fields as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, and then passing through hundreds of thousands of billions of Buddha fields, there is a world called Jewel Lamp, where the city is surrounded by a twelve-yojana wall made of the seven precious materials, prosperous, peaceful, delightful, fertile, filled with people and multitudes, men, women, boys, girls, and all the assemblies of beings adorned with all kinds of ornaments, appearing with jewels and various golden shining head ornaments, having the form of gods, endowed with great power and diligence, possessing all virtuous friends, comprehending the places of knowledge, and proceeding with light. In that world, there is a Jewel King."

名号为“种种”者令其执掌国政，八十俱胝的大臣们围绕着他，名为“明耀母”的端庄妃子，拥有两万名女眷的眷属，她们的身体能与所有天女媲美。那个世界中，无论是花树、果树、净水树还是香树，所有这些都是七宝的自性。水中生长的花朵，所有这些也都是七宝的自性。陆地上生长的花朵，所有这些都是瞻部河金的自性。人们的寿命能活八万劫，所有人都具备十善业道，对佛、法、僧生起极大信心。那位国王也以符合佛法的方式治理国政，而不是以不符合佛法的方式，他具有利益一切众生的心念。那个世界中，也有如来、应供、正等觉，名为“大宝遍照清净住处”，被大菩萨众围绕，被无数持明咒者围绕，行持着佛的事业。那位如来具有金色之身，具足三十二相和八十随形好，周身散发一寻的光芒，光芒如同七宝般极其闪耀。那些菩萨们也都是金色之身，散发光芒，具足妙相，安住在七宝莲花座上，所有人都具有无尽的勇气，无碍智慧的行境，通达明处，因此有如是功德：忆念名为“大宝广大宫殿极善安住秘密”之陀罗尼，凭借此陀罗尼的力量，便产生了这种功德差别。那位如来也为一切众生宣说此陀罗尼。那些众生也凭借此陀罗尼的力量体验安乐，所有那些众生都不会堕入地狱。

He is made to rule the kingdom under the name "Various." He is surrounded by eighty billion ministers, and his noble consort, named "Illuminating Mother," has a retinue of twenty thousand women, whose bodies rival those of all the goddesses. In that world, all the flower trees, fruit trees, pure water trees, and fragrant trees are of the nature of the seven precious substances. All the flowers that grow in the water are also of the nature of the seven precious substances. All the flowers that grow on the land are of the nature of Jambudvipa gold. The lifespan of the people is eighty thousand kalpas, and all of them possess the path of the ten virtuous actions and have great faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. That king also governs the kingdom in accordance with the Dharma, and not in a way that is contrary to the Dharma, and he has the intention to benefit all sentient beings. In that world, there is also the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, named "Great Jewel, Completely Shining, Pure Abode," who is surrounded by a great assembly of Bodhisattvas and countless Vidyadharas, and performs the deeds of a Buddha. That Tathagata has a golden-colored body, possesses the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks, is surrounded by a fathom of light, and the light is exceedingly radiant like the seven precious substances. All those Bodhisattvas also have golden-colored bodies, radiating light, possessing auspicious signs, and seated on lotus thrones of the seven precious substances. All of them have inexhaustible courage, the sphere of unobstructed wisdom, and have comprehended the knowledge of the sciences. Thus, by remembering the dharani called "The Secret of the Great Jewel Expanding Palace, Extremely Well Abiding," the distinction of qualities arises through the power of that dharani. That Tathagata also extensively teaches this dharani to all sentient beings. Those sentient beings also experience happiness through the power of this dharani, and all those sentient beings will not fall into hell.

，以及从畜生的出生处、阎罗王的阴间、阿修罗的类别中完全解脱。所有恶道的门也被关闭。天界的门被打开。所有善道的门也被打开，那个世界的众生，无论是谁，都正确地进入了无上圆满正等觉。那个世界的众生都安住在慈悲心中，就像水和牛奶融为一体一样。如来也曾在过去成为菩萨时，在修持大宝广大宫殿极度安住的秘密时，发愿说：凡是我在佛土中出生的众生，都必定不会从无上圆满正等觉中退转。凡是听闻此陀罗尼，受持，读诵，完全理解，禅修，念诵，忆念，修持的人，或者仅仅是听到名字，用手触摸，身体佩戴，眼睛看到，写在书本上，画在布上，写在墙上，即使是犯了五无间罪，堕入无间地狱，舍弃正法，诽谤圣者，屠夫，贱民，猎人，鸟类，盲人，聋子，麻风病人，吝啬鬼，瞎子，驼背，卑贱者，被前世业力所牵引的有障碍者，不确定是否会经历，被魔的绳索束缚，堕入恶见，被邪灵所控制，被星宿和曜星所伤害的那些人，都必定不会从无上圆满正等觉中退转。即使是畜生道的众生，如山鹿、鸟类、长嘴蜂、牛虻、老鼠、蚂蚁等，以及其他各种卵生、胎生、湿生、化生的众生，所有这些都不会从无上圆满正等觉中退转。

and were completely liberated from the realms of animals, the world of Yama, and the classes of Asuras. All the gates of the lower realms were also closed. The gates of the heavens were opened. All the gates of happy migrations were also opened, and all the beings in that world entered perfectly into the unexcelled, complete, and perfect enlightenment. In that world, all beings abide in a mind of loving-kindness, just like water and milk becoming one. When that Tathagata was formerly a Bodhisattva, while practicing this secret of the Great Jewel Extensive Palace, which is exceedingly well-established, he made this aspiration: 'Whatever beings are born in my Buddha-field, may they all certainly never turn back from the unexcelled, complete, and perfect enlightenment.' And having made this aspiration, whoever hears this dharani, holds it, reads it, fully comprehends it, meditates on it, recites it, remembers it, practices it, or even just hears the name, touches it with their hand, wears it on their body, merely sees it with their eyes, whether it is written on a book, painted on cloth, or seen written on a wall, even if they have committed the five inexpiable sins, are bound for the Avici hell, have abandoned the sacred Dharma, have slandered the noble ones, are butchers, outcasts, hunters, birds, blind, deaf, lepers, misers, blind, hunchbacks, lowly, those with obscurations caused by past karma, those uncertain of experiencing, those bound by the noose of Mara, those fallen into wrong views, those possessed by evil spirits, those harmed by constellations and planets, all of them will certainly never turn back from the unexcelled, complete, and perfect enlightenment. Even small creatures born in the animal realm, such as mountain deer, birds, long-beaked bees, horseflies, mice, ants, and other various kinds of creatures born from eggs, born from wombs, born from moisture and heat, or born miraculously, all of them will never turn back from the unexcelled, complete, and perfect enlightenment.
