ཤེས་པས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པར་གྲུབ་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། ཤེས་པས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐར་ཕྱིན་པར་གྲུབ་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས། 藏语：名为“以智慧成就一切究竟之佛塔”之陀罗尼。 顶礼三宝！顶礼薄伽梵金刚持！顶礼薄伽梵如来、阿罗汉、正等觉、一切法之理、调伏、以及幻化光辉之王！ 顶礼三世佛！顶礼三宝善！ 不动佛与无量光，观世音我顶礼。 三族亦皆敬顶礼！ 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵大金刚持，于由五大须弥山组成，其基座即为佛塔自性之上的，各种珍宝之殿宇，以及无量之四佛塔，且因其为自性大佛塔之所在，故顶端之形状亦化为佛塔之境地中，与手金刚、文殊、观世音、慈氏等十地之菩萨众，以及梵天、帝释天、四大天王等清净眷属之怙主们一同安住。 其后，薄伽梵自顶髻以及心间之卍字等处，放射出六十俱胝百千之各种颜色之光芒，以光芒之大光明，如芝麻荚般充满并遍布三千大千世界之无量无边不可思议不可言说之一切世界，使无量众生之中，盲者得见，聋者得闻，哑者能言，跛者与瘸者能行，肢体复原，病者离病，地狱众生减寿后逐渐从痛苦中解脱，其他有情众生亦逐渐恢复记忆，令所有虚空界充满并增广意之佛塔法身。

The Dharani called "The Stupa that Accomplishes the Perfection of All Knowledge" The Dharani called "The Stupa that Accomplishes the Perfection of All Knowledge" Tibetan: The Dharani called "The Stupa that Accomplishes the Perfection of All Knowledge." Homage to the Three Jewels! Homage to the Bhagavan Vajradhara! Homage to the Bhagavan Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha, the principle of all dharmas, the Subduer, and the King of the Glory of Emanation! Homage to the Buddhas of the three times! Homage to the Three Jewels, virtue! Akshobhya and Amitabha, Avalokiteshvara, I prostrate. I also prostrate to the three families! Thus I have heard, at one time, the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara was dwelling on top of the great Mount Meru, made of five elements, on a base that was the very nature of a stupa, in a palace of various jewels, with four immeasurable stupas, and because it was the place of the great stupa of self-nature, even the shape of the summit was transformed into a stupa, together with the Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis such as Vajrapani, Manjushri, Avalokiteshvara, and Maitreya, and the protectors of the pure retinue such as Brahma, Indra, and the Four Great Kings. Then, from the Bhagavan's crown protuberance and the swastika on his heart, etc., emanated sixty kotis, one hundred thousand times one hundred thousand, of various colors of light rays, filling and pervading all the immeasurable, inconceivable, and inexpressible realms of the three thousand great thousand worlds like a sesame pod with the great light of light rays, so that among the infinite sentient beings, the blind could see forms, the deaf could hear sounds, the mute could speak, the lame and the crippled could walk, limbs were restored, the sick were freed from illness, the beings in hell gradually escaped from suffering after their lives were shortened, and other sentient beings gradually regained their memory, filling and expanding all the realms of space with the mind stupa, the Dharmakaya.
