是七十七俱胝佛所说。谁若违越这些陀罗尼密咒之基，即为冒犯所有诸佛。之后，菩萨摩诃萨无能胜从座而起，将袈裟搭于一肩，右膝着地，向世尊所在方向合掌，对世尊如是禀告：世尊，我亦为利乐一切有情，为作医药，为作安乐，为令具足光彩，为令具足威严，为令具足名声，为令具足功德，为令具足力量，为令具足容色，为作守护，为作依怙，为作救护之故，当宣说此等陀罗尼密咒之基。即说：阿德，巴德，纳德，古纳德，布嘎色，古布嘎色，嘎色，阿纳嘎色，纳玛嘎色，阿努达，札努达，卡杰，玛哈卡杰，萨达巴佩，达达佩，度达佩，嘿利米利，底列梭哈。（Om atte batte natte kunatte pukaśe kupukaśe kase anakase nāmakase anuta prānuta khaje mahākhaje sadāpape tadape tudape hili mili tile svāhā）之后，世尊告阿难陀尊者：阿难陀，汝当受持、读诵、思维、忆念此等陀罗尼密咒，令其通达，亦当为他众广为如实宣说。阿难陀，如来出世甚为难得，此等陀罗尼密咒之基亦甚难得，阿难陀，受持此等陀罗尼密咒之基亦甚为难得。阿难陀，若有善男子或善女子受持、领受、忆持、读诵、令其通达此等陀罗尼密咒之基，亦为他众广为宣说，则于十二生中能忆念宿世。于此生中，除宿业外，亦能从一切他人的损害中获得解脱，且能与一切有情心意相合。阿难陀，此等陀罗尼密咒之基，乃八十二俱胝佛所说。谁若违越此等陀罗尼密咒之基，即为冒犯所有诸佛。之后，文殊童子

Were spoken by seventy-seven kotis of Buddhas. Whoever transgresses these bases of Dharani mantras is an offense to all of them. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Invincible rose from his seat, draped his upper garment over one shoulder, knelt on his right knee, and bowed with folded palms towards the Bhagavan, saying to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, I also, for the sake of all sentient beings, for medicine, for happiness, for possessing radiance, for possessing majesty, for possessing fame, for possessing qualities, for possessing strength, for possessing color, for protection, for refuge, for the sake of rescue, shall speak these bases of Dharani mantras. Namely: Atte, Batte, Natte, Kunatte, Pukase, Kupukase, Kase, Anakase, Namakase, Anuta, Pranuta, Khaje, Mahakhaje, Sadapape, Tadape, Tudape, Hili Mili, Tile Svaha. Then the Bhagavan spoke to the venerable Ananda: Ananda, you should hold, read, think, and remember these Dharani mantras, make them understood, and also widely and truthfully proclaim them to others. Ananda, it is difficult to find the appearance of a Buddha. These bases of Dharani mantras are also difficult to find. Ananda, it is also very difficult to hold these bases of Dharani mantras. Ananda, if any son or daughter of good family holds, receives, remembers, reads, makes understood these bases of Dharani mantras, and also widely proclaims them to others, then in twelve lifetimes they will remember their past lives. In this very life, except for past karma, they will also be completely freed from all harm from others, and will be in harmony with the minds of all beings. Then, the Blessed One said to the venerable Ananda: "Ananda, hold these roots of secret mantras of the dharani! Recite them! Memorize them! Retain them! Fully understand them! And widely teach them to others! Ananda, it is difficult to encounter the arising of a Buddha! These roots of secret mantras of the dharani are difficult to obtain! Ananda, it is also extremely difficult to hold these roots of secret mantras of the dharani! Ananda, whichever son or daughter of good family holds, receives, grasps, recites, fully understands these roots of secret mantras of the dharani, and widely teaches them to others, that one will remember their past lives for thirteen lifetimes! Even in this very life, apart from previous karma, they will completely overcome all other harms, and will be in harmony with all beings! Ananda, these roots of secret mantras of the dharani have been spoken by eighty-two kotis of Buddhas, and whoever transgresses these roots of secret mantras of the dharani has betrayed all those Buddhas!"
