If you recite "Ri had te hrih svaha" and apply it, all women will be attracted, controlled, and will not be jealous. This is the sixteenth chapter of the Mother of the Family of Karma. Having thus explained the distinctions of karma, Manjushri Kumara said: How should the fire offering be diligently performed to completely perfect all actions? The Blessed One said: Manjushri, this goes before all things, and for the sake of accomplishing each task, a fire offering should be performed. Among them, first, to perform the work of pacification, a house matching the color should be built on the third day of the month, and a white vajra should be placed. The firewood should be white sandalwood, etc. Then, light the fire, place the image in front, and consecrate rice, barley, mustard seeds, and white sesame seeds with mantras: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. Recite it seven or twenty-one times and throw it into the fire. Consecrate yogurt and milk with mantras, and offer them with "Shantim Kuru." For trees with milk and white butter, offer and praise them with "Sarva Papam." Manjushri, in the fire chamber with white flowers, light a fire with fragrant wood such as sandalwood. Place the image in front, and consecrate water and mustard seeds with mantras, and the mantra for throwing into the fire is: Tadyatha Om Sarva Tathagata Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. This mantra and "Sarva Bavam Shantim Kuru Svaha" should be recited one hundred and eight times, and water should be offered. Manjushri, the benefit of this is that sins such as the five heinous crimes will be pacified. All contagious diseases and evil spirits will also be pacified. In all lifetimes, one will remember past lives. Manjushri, apply with five kinds of colors, and in a fragrant fire chamber, burn the image made of beeswax with this mantra: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha. If burned in this way, one will gain control and also subdue. This is the seventeenth chapter on fire offerings. Then, the Blessed One smiled and taught the order of the wheels to the Bodhisattva Manjushri Kumara. In the ninth wheel, "Ling Tse," in the middle of the two syllables "Om" and "Ha," so-and-so.
