(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) will receive predictions of being born in different Buddhafields. Ninety thousand living beings will be completely liberated from all afflictions, abandoning all inopportuneness, evil destinies, and evil paths. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, again spoke to the Blessed One, saying: Blessed One, this Dharma teaching, in the degenerate age, in the degenerate time, whether it be sons of good family or daughters of good family, those who listen, hold, paint, and make offerings, and those who write it down, will be performing the deeds of the Tathagata, and they will also receive predictions in different Buddhafields as they desire. In the degenerate age, in the degenerate time, any sentient beings who are distracted in various ways by laughter, charm, dance, song, and the sounds of music, whose darkness of desire, hatred, and ignorance is great, who perceive pleasure in play, who perceive permanence in impermanence, who are completely seized by jealousy and miserliness, who do not make offerings, do not paint, do not have faith, do not rejoice, do not hold, do not read, do not listen, do not diligently practice, they will consider this effort to be in vain, and having exhausted the fruits of their past karma, they will experience suffering and various unpleasantness, and the suffering of hell beings, and having experienced suffering there for hundreds of millions of kalpas, they will again be born in the hells, the animal realm, and the realm of Yama, and due to the influence of unwholesome friends, they will regret it for a long time. Therefore, one should well restrain body, speech, and mind, and generate unwavering faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. One should generate a mind of love towards all sentient beings, and a mind that has completely abandoned jealousy, miserliness, and immoral conduct, and a mind that has completely abandoned anger. Then, how did those assembled retinues

Having visibly accumulated their own merits, they offered to the Tathagata with divine flowers, incense, fragrances, flower garlands, unguents, garments, ornaments, and the sounds of "Alala" and "Gasha," divine musical instruments, clapping, and songs, and said, "Excellent! Blessed One, excellent, excellent! For the benefit of all sentient beings, and for the sake of the long-lasting presence of the Tathagata's teachings, this great Dharma discourse has been perfectly proclaimed by you!" Then, the venerable Ananda said to the Blessed One, "Blessed One, what is the name of this Dharma discourse? How should we uphold it?" The Blessed One said, "Ananda, therefore, you should uphold this Dharma discourse as 'Approved by all the Tathagatas' and 'Subduing the Bodhisattva Grounds.' You should also uphold it as 'Great Assembly of Miraculous Transformations.' You should also uphold it as 'All the Tathagatas Bless and Behold Sentient Beings and Universally Display the Adornments of the Buddha-fields.'" After the Blessed One had spoken thus, all those noble Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, such as the noble Avalokiteshvara, Manjushri, and Vajrapani, and all those great Shravakas, Indra, Brahma, all the protectors of the world, the four great kings, the great Yaksha female peerless mother, Immaculate Light, Radiant Mother, Terrifying Mother, Auspicious Mother, Conch Mother, Seizing Mother, and so forth, as well as the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, and all those who had come with all their complete retinues, and the retinues of monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen, rejoiced and praised the words spoken by the Blessed One. This Dharma discourse is called "All the Tathagatas Bless and Behold Sentient Beings and Universally Display the Adornments of the Buddha-fields."
