It accomplishes great deeds of both this world and the world beyond. That which is not covered with gold accomplishes all the needs of this world, all diseases and all demonic obstacles, as well as tumors and smallpox, infectious diseases and scabies, swelling and nocturnal emissions, cataracts and vitiligo, eye diseases and brain diseases, hemiplegia, neck obstruction, mouth diseases and nose diseases, ear diseases and tooth diseases, palate pain and tongue pain, lip pain and heart pain, pleurisy, abdominal pain and liver pain, back pain and diabetes, stinging pain and diarrhea, stomach diseases and all hemorrhoids will be completely pacified, and all plagues will be completely pacified, the four-day fever and diseases caused by wind, diseases caused by bile, diseases caused by phlegm, and diseases caused by a combination will be completely pacified. For all internal diseases of the body, administer it with warm water. For all external diseases and all harms, merely applying it will completely liberate. In all cases, merely combining all needs, all will be accomplished, do not doubt. If that which is covered with gold is worn on the arm, in all cases there will be no obstruction, and one will become like Vajrapani and Padmachang, with strength and diligence, and subduing others. As one thinks in the mind, the reality of accomplishing the desired need will be accomplished, do not doubt. The king with his queen and retinue, and the people and ministers, will be under your control like servants, and you can ask whatever you need. Placing the jewel on the crown of the head and reciting the mantra, without obstacles, all will be accomplished. Wearing it on the right hand and reciting the mantra, the ritual of recitation will become a hundred thousand times greater, reciting it once will increase to a hundred thousand times. it will be possible. What has not been fasted will become fasted. Words that are not strong will become strong words. What has not been accomplished will become accomplished. One who does not know vows will come to know vows. One will become endowed with a loving heart. Whatever giving, even a small giving, will increase a hundred thousand times and become a great giving. The six perfections will be completely fulfilled. If this jewel is tied to the right palm, whatever it touches will never be exhausted. Do not tell anyone, and afterwards all of that will increase. If it is tied to the waist and one enters the water, one will reach the depths of the great river. Then, one who wishes to accomplish the jewel should make a thirty-two-petaled lotus out of very pure silver, with the heart and pistil like saffron, measuring sixteen fingers wide, and place a golden jewel in the center of it. Mix cow dung with cow urine and make a square mandala, painted with various colors. Draw lotuses all around, and place a silver lotus in the pistil of the lotus. Place four full vases and four torma vases, and scatter flowers. Paint with various colors. Incense with agarwood, sandalwood, and rhododendron incense, and place white torma. Decorate with various banners and umbrellas. Also light thirty-two butter lamps. Place fruits and various flower garlands. Place the noble Avalokiteśvara facing you. The vidyādhara should wear clean clothes, fast for one day and one night. From the fifteenth to the twenty-ninth and the empty days, make offerings in three sessions. Also make offerings to that saffron lotus and the noble Avalokiteśvara, sit facing the east of the mandala, and recite one thousand and eight times. Recite the wrathful king one thousand and eight times, and empower with mustard seeds and water. Make one thousand and eight Amoghapāśa mudrās. Likewise, make the mudrā of the wrathful king. Silently do all that is necessary, and afterwards the fifteenth day of the month
