Pacifying all places and destroying all sins. Completely pacifying epidemic diseases and all harms. Completely pacifying all famine-stricken wildernesses. Subduing all spirits, yakshas, rakshasas, demons, and sources of forgetfulness. The mantra holder, having become pure, should bathe well, anoint the body with fragrant incense, wear clean clothes, and then fumigate with fragrant incense, placing the mind in equanimity with loving-kindness. With deep love for all sentient beings and great compassion, with a heart full of sorrow, perform this fire offering. Light the fire with wood from the arka tree, the shami tree, or the milky tree, or any bodhi tree. Then, mix rice, mustard seeds, lotuses, lotus sprouts, petals, yogurt, honey, and ghee, and perform the fire offering. After reciting the essence of the Amoghapasha mantra one thousand and eight times, then empower with the wrathful king of Amoghapasha, and seal with the mudra of Amoghapasha one hundred and eight times. As soon as the necessities of the fire offering are completely fulfilled, within a radius of one yojana, epidemic diseases, harms, injuries, illnesses, unbearable famine-stricken wildernesses, and the fear of one's own army and the army of others, external aggressions, unfriendly fears, all fears of bandits, evildoers, thieves, fierce wild animals, snakes, unbearable poisons, and all poisonous creatures will be completely pacified. They will not be able to invade. Within a radius of one hundred yojanas, epidemics will not occur, there will be no harm, there will be no disease, yakshas, rakshasas, spirits, and demons will not be able to invade, and they will be completely pacified. Fighting, arguing, debating, competing, internal strife, conflict, expulsion, severance, bondage, and sins will not be able to invade, and they will be completely pacified. All sentient beings will be happy. Excellent harvests will be obtained, faces will be radiant, and the populace and people will be filled, and flowers and fruits will be abundant.

It will become perfectly complete. Wealth, grains, and crops will be abundantly achieved. It will be extremely flavorful, extremely ripe, and completely perfect. Grass, trees, shrubs, medicines, dense forests, sprouts, roots, and excellent fruits will be completely perfect. Therefore, for as long as life lasts, that place will not experience unpleasant sensations. In that place, monks, Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, Shudras, men, women, boys, and girls will never be sick. They will live in happiness, with joyful and contented minds. They will dwell in loving-kindness and compassion. All the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, and mahoragas, in order to protect well, will constantly guard, rescue, and conceal, protecting, fully nourishing, bringing peace and well-being within a hundred yojanas. The four great kings will also lead their armies, fully managing, guarding, rescuing, and concealing. All malice will be averted, guarded, and fully nourished. The sons of Ishvara and Mahadeva will constantly and continuously guard, rescue, and conceal. Indra, the lord of the gods, along with the retinue of the thirty-three gods, Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshvara, and all the retinues of the assembly of gods, will well protect that place. They will bestow glory. Within a yojana, all beings will be fully guarded and fully nourished. Monks, Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, Shudras, men, women, boys, and girls will all be guarded, rescued, and concealed. Through the power of this peaceful activity, all beings will be liberated from sins and all obscurations. All the Tathagatas will remember that place.

Ro. All Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and all Bodhisattva assemblies will truly gather. It will be shown to breathe for all sentient beings. For the sake of completely protecting all sentient beings, the sun and moon and the assembly of stars will arrive smoothly. Noble Avalokiteshvara will constantly and continuously bestow breath upon all born men, women, boys, and girls, just like a single child. It will accomplish all complete protection and wishes of the heart, and will be repeatedly viewed. Then, anointing the four directions with the ashes of the fire offering and urine, it will accomplish the cutting of great boundaries. All the diseases of all those afflicted by illness will be pacified. If a dot is made on all plagues, one will be liberated from all plagues. Bathing with urine and ashes will completely purify all obscurations and sins. If applied to clothes in prison or handcuffs, they will break. If applied to all beings possessed by malice and intoxicated by poison, they will not be harmed by malice.
