This is the detailed ritual of our vidya-mantra. Whoever holds this sutra and these secret mantra words completely, or recites them, then neither humans nor non-humans will disturb him, nor will there be any harm. Snakes will not disturb him, nor will poison disturb him, and his body will not be harmed. All beings will also be happy. Until the end of life, he will also be protected from all beings. Whoever recites and whoever hears will be protected for seven years. If he recites into water and sprinkles it, or gives it to eat, then all his diseases will immediately be pacified. Then, all the lords of desire prayed to the Blessed One: Blessed One, this is also our country, and the vidya-mantra for completely holding this sutra is like this. Tadyatha: Linte li pe. Lo pe. As much as is needed, that much rain will fall, and it will also stop. Hail will also fall, and it will also stop. He will also be completely liberated from beings and demons. He will also eliminate poison. If he recites seven times into water and then sprinkles it or gives it to eat, then all his diseases will immediately be pacified. World-Honored One, if someone upholds this sutra and these secret mantra words without letting them be broken, then for as long as they live, they will be able to protect all beings. No human or non-human will be able to harm them. Wherever it is recited, it will provide protection for as long as they live. All sentient beings will also be happy. No one will be able to overcome them. Diseases will not be able to attack their body. They will also benefit all sentient beings. Wherever it is recited, it will provide protection for seven years. They will also be freed from spirits and demons. It will also destroy poison. It will also eliminate all diseases. If one recites a mantra over a thread or water, and then ties it or sprinkles it, they will also be freed from all diseases. After that, the Asuras and the Wind Gods reported to the Blessed One: Blessed One, we also completely uphold this vidyā-mantra. Tadyathā: Gale, Gaga Gale, Gale Gani, Khini Khini, Ghushe Ghushe Ghu Ghushya, Khana Kha Khane, Khana Khani, Lupe Lupi, Lupa Lupi Ti. Blessed One, if these secret mantras and this sutra are not divided, not used, and upheld, then they will be protected until the end of life. All his poisonous diseases will also be completely pacified. The body will also not be invaded by poison. After that, the gods of the Pure Abode reported to the Blessed One, saying: Venerable Blessed One, in order to fully understand the meaning of this sutra, those who have come from all directions of the world have recited these vidyā-mantras. Blessed One, please truly rejoice with the assembly of śrāvakas, and please explain well the methods of universally upholding, protecting, and achieving. In this way, this Dharma Sutra, which is given by these noble sons, will have fruit. After that, The Blessed One taught: Your universal upholding of this secret mantra is an accomplishment. I and the assembly of śrāvakas will also explain the accomplishment, protection, and achievement of this sutra, listen, and I will explain. The gods of the Pure Abode said: Blessed One, that is so. Blessed One, please explain the methods of protection and achievement so that you and the assembly of śrāvakas can accomplish this great sutra. After that, in order to accomplish this sutra, the Blessed One taught the methods of protection and achievement: For those who have entered the stream, this is the accomplishment. 彼。一还者之成就即此。萨列萨 萨萨列帝。不还者之成就即此。拉帝拉帝罗拉帝。阿罗汉之成就即此。度布度布。度如度如。嘎则比嘎则。嘎杂比嘎则帝。其后薄伽梵之成就即此。达美达美。达美达美。达色达色。达热达热。达若提提帝。于彼守护即此。帝那帝日杂日叉。宾嘎拉叉日叉。结界即此。菩提菩提帝。菩提斯日弥帝。菩提古舍菩提。古古舍菩提古舍古舍亚玛瓦达毗。成就即此。贝舍萨达亚。度度利萨达耶帝。 斋戒三日，于十五日月昼，以此等密咒之词，以此经供养薄伽梵，面向东方，诵守护百遍，念诵百遍，于一一结作一百零八，即为守护，亦变为三次喷洒，唯除宿业之异熟。月亮渐盈之十二日，供养薄伽梵，取彼线于手中念诵而结界，诵一百零八遍，作一百零八结。 若结界，亦变为七次喷洒。若从南方，野干母发声三次而住立，则知已结界。如是亦作斋戒，于十五日月昼沐浴，供养薄伽梵，取线，以声闻之词等，薄伽梵之仪轨念诵七遍，念诵一百零八遍，作一百零八结，取线于手中，一切明咒念诵一遍而成就，则大雨及大风亦生起，于界外升起而降落，亦于顷刻间止息，亦应诵至七遍。其后天子名大云者，及名善云者。

Peshe Sadhaya. Tutu Li Sadhaye Ti. Having fasted for three days, on the fifteenth day of the month, offer to the Bhagavan with these words of mantra and with this sutra, facing east, recite the protection a hundred times, recite the mantra a hundred times, and make one hundred and eight knots for each knot, which is protection, and it also becomes three sprinklings, except for the ripening of past karma. On the twelfth day of the waxing moon, offer to the Bhagavan, take that thread in your hand, recite and create a boundary, recite one hundred and eight times, and make one hundred and eight knots. If you create a boundary, it will also become seven sprinklings. If from the south, a jackal mother makes a sound three times and stands, then know that the boundary has been created. In this way, also do fasting, on the fifteenth day of the month, bathe, offer to the Bhagavan, take the thread, with the words of the Shravakas, etc., recite the ritual of the Bhagavan seven times, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times, make one hundred and eight knots, take the thread in your hand, recite all the mantras once and accomplish it, then great rain and great wind will also arise, rising and falling outside the boundary, and it will also stop in an instant, and it should also be recited up to seven times.
