如同虚空般完全清净光明的，是因光芒的显现而燃烧着。天神之王啊，应当了知众生也是没有染污的。例如瞻部河的金子，是没有垢染的，极其完全清净的，极其柔软的，极其美好的。天神之王啊，应当了知众生也是极其完全清净的，在其他世也同样会如此出生的。天神之王啊，无论何处，此陀罗尼被善加宣说，特别是书写成文字，受持，读诵，念诵，背诵，作供养，完全通达，听闻，受持，在那里，一切有情都将完全清净，一切众生地狱都将断绝。天神之王啊，将此陀罗尼书写成文字，放置在旗帜的顶端。或者放置在高山上，或者高楼上，或者佛塔的生命树上。天神之王啊，无论是比丘，比丘尼，优婆塞，优婆夷，或者其他种姓的男子，种姓的女子，谁见到了放置在旗帜顶端的此陀罗尼？如果靠近它而住，乃至被它的影子所触及，或者被它的尘土风所吹拂触及，天神之王啊，那个众生的一切罪业，以及堕入恶趣的恐惧都不会产生。众生不会出生在地狱，畜生之处，阎罗王的世间，饿鬼，以及非天之列。天神之王啊，那个众生将被一切如来授记，并且应当了知其于无上正等觉不退转。天神之王啊，以供养和恭敬，鲜花和焚香，香和花鬘，涂香和伞盖，旗帜和幡幢，以及各种装饰来庄严，并且在道路的十字路口建造佛塔，将此陀罗尼放置于其中，合掌，礼拜或者绕转，更何况其他呢？天神之王啊，那个众生应当被视为大菩萨。应当被视为如来的儿子。是法的处所。

That which is completely pure and luminous like the sky is burning with the appearance of rays of light. O King of Gods, it should be known that sentient beings are also without defilement. For example, the gold of the Jambū River is without impurity, extremely pure, extremely soft, and extremely beautiful. O King of Gods, it should be known that sentient beings are also extremely pure, and they will be born in the same way in other lifetimes. O King of Gods, wherever this dhāraṇī is well taught, and especially written into letters, held, read, recited, chanted, made offerings to, fully understood, listened to, and held, there all beings will become completely pure, and all hells of sentient beings will be cut off. O King of Gods, write this dhāraṇī in letters and place it on the top of a banner. Or place it on a high mountain, or a high building, or on the life-tree of a stupa. O King of Gods, whether it is a monk, a nun, a male lay practitioner, a female lay practitioner, or any other son of good family or daughter of good family, who sees this dhāraṇī placed on the top of a banner? If they dwell near it, even if they are touched by its shadow, or touched by the dust wind blown by it, O King of Gods, all the sins of that sentient being, and all the fears of going to bad destinies, will not arise. Sentient beings will not be born in hell, the realm of animals, the world of Yama, pretas, or the ranks of asuras. O King of Gods, that sentient being will be prophesied by all the Tathāgatas, and it should be known that they will not turn back from unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. O King of Gods, what need is there to mention offering and veneration, adorning with flowers and incense, perfumes and flower garlands, unguents and umbrellas, banners and flags, and various ornaments, and building a stupa at the crossroads of the road, placing this dhāraṇī in it, joining palms, prostrating, or circumambulating? O King of Gods, that sentient being should be regarded as a great bodhisattva. They should be regarded as the son of the Tathāgata. It is the place of Dharma.

应当知晓。应当知晓如来之佛塔。之后，法王阎魔于夜晚天亮之时，前往世尊所在之处，以天花、衣物和饰品等供养世尊，并进行敬奉。他绕世尊七圈，以头触碰世尊之足，禀告道：世尊，此陀罗尼威力强大，利益甚多。世尊，我亦将恒常不断地追随、守护和救护这些众生。我将使众生远离一切地狱。世尊，我将报答恩情，绝不忘恩负义。之后，四大天王绕世尊三圈，禀告世尊道：世尊，请详细解说此陀罗尼之仪轨，以及行事的仪轨。之后，世尊对四大天王说道：谛听，我将解说此陀罗尼之行事方法。为了短命众生的利益，善男子或善女子于每月十五月圆之日沐浴后，念诵一千零八遍，如此便能使寿命将尽的众生，寿命得以延续，远离一切疾病，获得一切清净，从地狱等一切恶道中解脱。甚至对于堕入畜生道的众生，若能于其耳边念诵此陀罗尼之声，当知此乃其恶道之最后一次。若有人为重病所困，为医生所弃，亦能从此病中解脱，其一切恶道之生亦将断绝。死后亦将往生极乐世界，当知此乃其最后一次入胎。无论生于何处，皆于莲花中化生，为众多世间所应供养，得享长寿和安乐。

It should be known. It should be known as the stupa of the Tathagata. Then, the Dharma King Yama, at dawn after the night, went to where the Blessed One was. He offered flowers, clothes, and ornaments to the Blessed One, and paid homage to him. He circumambulated the Blessed One seven times, touched the feet of the Blessed One with his head, and said: "Blessed One, this dharani is powerful and beneficial. Blessed One, I will always follow, protect, and save these sentient beings without interruption. I will keep sentient beings away from all hells. Blessed One, I will repay kindness and will not be ungrateful." Then, the Four Great Kings circumambulated the Blessed One three times and said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, please explain in detail the ritual of this dharani and the manner of performing it." Then, the Blessed One said to the Four Great Kings: "Listen, I will explain the method of performing this dharani. For the benefit of short-lived sentient beings, a son or daughter of good family, having bathed on the fifteenth day of the full moon, should recite it one thousand and eight times. By doing so, the life of a sentient being whose life is exhausted will be extended, they will be free from all diseases, they will attain complete purification, and they will be completely liberated from all evil destinies such as hell. Even for a creature that has fallen into the animal realm, if the sound of this dharani is recited in its ear, it should be known that this is its last time in an evil destiny. If someone is afflicted by a serious illness and has been abandoned by doctors, they will also be completely liberated from that illness, and all their births in evil destinies will be cut off. After death, they will also be born in the blissful realm of Sukhavati. It should be known that this is their last time in the womb. Wherever they are born, they will be born in a lotus, and they will be worthy of worship by many worlds, and they will enjoy long life and happiness.

Thereafter, they will also completely go to various different Buddha lands. There, they will also meet all the Tathagatas. All the Tathagatas will also give blessings. All the Tathagatas will also give predictions. In all Buddha lands, they will also illuminate the world. Lord of the Gods, through this method, all beings will also be completely liberated from all evil paths, including hell. They will also be completely purified and attain longevity. Lord of the Gods, go and teach and proclaim this dharani to the son of the gods, Extremely Firm Intent. Lord of the Gods, therefore, within seven days, all beings of the son of the gods, Extremely Firm Intent, will be completely purified and attain longevity and wisdom. Will become powerful. Thereafter, the Lord of the Gods, Indra, received this teaching from the Tathagata, arrived at his abode, and gave this dharani to the son of the gods, Extremely Firm Intent.
