The Dhāraṇī called "Victorious Topknot of All Tathāgatas," together with its Ritual. The Dhāraṇī called "Victorious Topknot of All Tathāgatas," together with its Ritual. In Sanskrit: Sarva Tathāgatoshṇīṣa Vijaya Nāma Dhāraṇī Kalpa Sahita. In Tibetan: The Dhāraṇī called "Victorious Topknot of All Tathāgatas," together with its Ritual. Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Thus have I heard. Once, the Blessed One, Amitāyus Tathāgata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened One, was dwelling near the supreme excellent palace in Sukhāvatī, which is a pure collection of the Dharma. The Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, the Noble Avalokiteśvara, was instructed: "Son of good family, there are sentient beings who are afflicted by suffering and disease, and whose lives are short. For their sake, please look upon the mandala of the retinue. Holding, reciting, and widely and truly teaching others this dhāraṇī called the name of the glorious, all-seeing, Tathāgata's Victorious Topknot of All Tathāgatas, is for the purpose of accomplishing long life." Then, the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva, the Noble Avalokiteśvara, rose from his seat, folded his palms, and said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, please teach. Please teach the Dhāraṇī called the Victorious Topknot of All Tathāgatas, taught by the Sugata." Then, the Blessed One gazed upon the mandala of the retinue, complete with all. Having entered into the samādhi called "Glorious, All-Seeing," he spoke this Dhāraṇī called the Victorious Topknot of All Tathāgatas: Oṃ namo bhagavate sarva trailokya prati viśiṣṭāya buddhāya te namaḥ. Write this purifying and destroying sin practice on grass or something else, place it inside a stupa, and make offerings as extensively as possible, circumambulating the stupa hundreds of thousands of times, it will bestow excellent life and intelligence. By doing so, seven days of life can be extended to seven years, and seven years of life can be extended to seventy years. Thus, one obtains excellent life and is endowed with mindfulness.

On cloth or bark, write the dharani including your own name with musk. Place it in a sandalwood-natured stupa, keep it in your home, and offer it with a grand thousand-fold offering. Each month, perform the supreme offering ritual of eight hundred recitations, and you will be freed from prison and live to be a hundred years old. If not, it can also be done on a clay figure. Also, on clean cloth, draw a stupa that abides in various vajras, adorned with a garland of vajras. Inside that, write your name and the words of the dharani with musk, and place it in a sealed container. Keep it in your home and make grand offerings, and you will always be protected. Furthermore, the ritual is to make a square mandala with a weight that has not fallen on the ground, and spread white flowers on it. Place four butter lamps in the four corners, and burn incense of agarwood and rhododendron. Similarly, decorate a vessel filled with scented water with white flowers. Recite twenty-one or one hundred and one times each day in three sessions, and drink three handfuls of that water, and you will be free from illness, have a long life, your enemies will be completely destroyed, your memory will be sharp, and you will become pure and chaste. You will remember your past lives from birth to birth. Sprinkle that water on houses, livestock pens, horse pens, or the king's palace, and there will be no fear of thieves, snakes, yakshas, rakshasas, etc., and you will not be completely tormented by disease. Sprinkle it on your head, and you will be liberated from that disease. Thus, this dharani of immeasurable life's great benefit, wherever it is fully applied, great peace will be attained there. Recite it twenty-one times on a toothbrush and use it to brush your teeth, and you will be free from illness, have a sharp mind, and have a long life.
