主人禀告说：世尊，做什么样的小小事情，能够成就巨大的福德果报，并且获得巨大的福德呢？世尊开示说：因此，好好地听着，我将要讲述。比丘、比丘尼、近事男、近事女，无论哪一位，如果想要获得巨大的福德果报和功德，就按照先前所说的秘密真言之王的仪轨去做：用九十九个字写下来，在佛塔前做一个四方形的坛城，用牛粪涂抹。在四角放置装满香水的杯子。放置燃烧着浓郁熏香的容器，在大容器里装满鲜花、香水和干米，放在坛城上。再将黑芝麻、豇豆和米混合煮熟，做成名为“克日萨尔”的米粥，以及三种白色的食物，将这些装入瓶中。还有各种水果九十九个，以及上述提到的食物，香和花等等，都摆放在坛城上。将秘密真言的文字放入佛塔的命柱中，向佛塔的四个方向，显现十方的一切如来，顶礼膜拜，一心一意地念诵这些秘密真言。就像这样念诵：嗡 毗补拉，毗玛 lệ，钵啰婆 lệ 支那 婆 lệ，萨啰 萨啰，萨尔瓦 达塔嘎达 达图 嘎尔贝，阿迪瑟梯 đế 娑婆诃。（藏文：ཨོྃ་བི་པུ་ལ། བི་མ་ལེ། པྲ་བ་རེ་ཛི་ན་བ་རེ། ས་ར་ས་ར། སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་གར་བྷེ། ཨ་དྷིཥྛི་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vipula, vimala, prabhāre jinavare, sara sara, sarva tathāgata dhātu garbhe, adhiṣṭhite svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，广大，无垢，光辉，胜者，精华，精华，一切如来，法界藏，加持，梭哈。）阿雅达 托巴 尼 娑婆诃。（藏文：ཨཱ་ཡ་ཏ་ཏོ་བ་ཎི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：āyata tobaṇi svāhā，汉语字面意思：阿雅达，托巴尼，梭哈。）萨尔瓦 德瓦 尼 瓦哈亚 毗布达 阿迪瑟 ṭa 纳 萨玛耶 娑婆诃。（藏文：སརྦ་དེ་བ་ཎི་བ་ཧ་ཡ་བི་བུདྡྷ་ཨ་དྷིཥྛ་ཎ་སམ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sarva devaṇi vahāya vibuddha adhiṣṭhaṇa samaye svāhā，汉语字面意思：一切，天，引导，毗布达，加持，誓言，梭哈。）熏香要持续不断地燃烧。如果念诵秘密真言二十八遍，八位菩萨摩诃萨，八位夜叉大将，秘密主，四大天王，梵天，大自在天，以及无热恼子，他们立即就会来供养那个佛塔，进行侍奉，使命柱坚固。因此，更早的时候，九十九亿百千的佛陀，以及恒河沙数般的佛陀，也会来到那个地方。

The master asked: Blessed One, what small thing can be done to achieve great merit and obtain great merit? The Blessed One said: Therefore, listen well, and I will tell you. Any monk, nun, male devotee, or female devotee who desires to obtain great merit and virtue should perform the ritual of the King of Secret Mantras as previously taught: write down ninety-nine letters, make a square mandala in front of the stupa, and smear it with cow dung. Place a cup filled with scented water in each of the four corners. Also place a container with burning incense, and fill a large container with flowers, scented water, and dried rice, and place it on the mandala. Then, mix black sesame seeds, kidney beans, and rice, and cook them into a rice porridge called "Kri Sar," along with three white foods, and put these into a vase. Also, arrange ninety-nine various fruits, the foods mentioned above, incense, flowers, and so on, on the mandala. Place the letters of the secret mantra inside the life-pillar of the stupa, and visualize all the Tathagatas of the ten directions appearing in the four directions of the stupa. Pay homage and recite these secret mantras with one-pointed mind. Recite like this: Om Vipula, Vimala, Prabha Re Jina Vare, Sara Sara, Sarva Tathagata Dhatu Garbhe, Adhisthite Svaha. Ayata Tobani Svaha. Sarva Devani Vahaya Vibuddha Adhisthana Samaye Svaha. The burning of incense should be continuous. If you recite the secret mantra twenty-eight times, eight Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, eight great Yaksha generals, the Lord of Secrets, the Four Great Kings, Brahma, the Great Ishvara, and the Sons of Anavatapta will immediately come to make offerings to that stupa, perform service, and strengthen the life-pillar. Therefore, even earlier, ninety-nine billion hundred thousand Buddhas, and Buddhas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, will also come to that place.

Offerings to that stupa, blessing it into the Dharmakaya and endowing it with relics. Thus, if one performs the ritual properly from the depths of one's heart, one will obtain those qualities. Furthermore, that stupa will obtain the merit of being made of wish-fulfilling jewels. It will be like a stupa made of countless billions of precious jewels, possessing vast roots of virtue, a perfectly pure body, longevity, freedom from disease, and invulnerability to all obstacles. If anyone else sees this stupa, or even hears the sound of the bell of that stupa, their karmic obscurations and all sins will be purified. Even if one has committed the five heinous crimes, they will be completely purified, and after death, one will be reborn in the world of Sukhavati. If anyone merely hears the name of that stupa, after death, they will attain the path of unsurpassed enlightenment. Even if any sentient being such as birds and deer sees it, after their life ends, they will abandon the animal realm and obtain a body endowed with merit. Anyone who wishes to fully practice the six perfections should make a square mandala as before, smear it with earth and clay, and then smear it with incense powder. At each of the four corners of the mandala, place a container filled with scented water. From the four secret mantras shown earlier, write any one of them ninety-nine times. Build ninety-nine small stupas with your own hands and place one of the secret mantras inside each one. Then, write this secret mantra ninety-nine times again and place it inside the parasols of the stupas. Place the stupas on top of the mandala, offer them with flowers and unguents, circumambulate them seven times, and recite this secret mantra: namaḥ nava navatīnāṃ tathāgata gaṃgānaṃ divāvālukānāṃ koṭiniyutaśatasahasrāṇāṃ oṃ bori cariṇi cari mori gori cala vāri svāhā.
