Observe, purify, beg, make offerings, prayers, and observe through dream signs. The peaceful assembly and fire offering, perform the ritual of one hundred and eight. Offer and invoke the Bhutas. Consecrate in the center of the mandala, meditate on the great Vajra arising from Hūṃ (吽，hūṃ，seed syllable). Meditate on the great palace arising from Bhrūṃ ( भ्रूं，bhrūṃ，seed syllable). The two eyes emit the light of the sun and moon, completely destroy all obstacles. The great Vajra, with dancing steps, circumambulates the earth three times. Is blue. Let the disciples enter. Bestow the empowerment with the five empowerments that possess vows. The first is the vase, vajra, bell, crown, and name empowerment. Just like the ritual. On the fourteenth and thirteenth days, let the disciples enter the work. The blessings are transferred in sequence, and faith is generated immediately. The Precious Heart Stainless Continuum is the root of all continuums. Here is the supreme empowerment. Relying on the maturing work, the continuum of the supreme empowerment is taught. Possessing complete blessings and virtues, please the holy ones with offerings. Liberation is complete and fully abiding. It is the ritual for maturing disciples. In the Vajra Lower Continuum, the twelfth chapter is about empowering disciples. Then, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani requested the Bhagavan as follows: Bhagavan, for the benefit of sentient beings, please explain the secret of your mind. The Bhagavan said: Vajrapani, you are amazing, diligent for the benefit of others, great, great. Whoever in the degenerate age, wants to subdue the difficult to tame sentient beings, first generate Bodhicitta, complete the two accumulations until the end. Place a lotus treasure in a precious vessel, with the Lord of Secrets in the center. On the eight petals are the eight great nagas, adorned with snake heads. Possessing bathing and cleanliness, with the yoga of the deity of action, first invite and offer, then merge oneself with the deity. With the mind that pacifies the eight nagas, from the Hum (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：hūṃ，hūṃ，Crushing) and Hum (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：hūṃ，hūṃ，Crushing) rope, transform the object to be subdued into a mass of light. In an instant, transform into Hum (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：hūṃ，hūṃ，Crushing). Om Vajra Krodha Ah Hum Dzah Phet (嗡 班匝 卓达 阿 吽 匝 扎 帕 嗡，Om vajra krodha ah hum dzah，Om, Vajra, Wrathful, Ah, Hum, Dzah, Phet). Reciting ten million times, one will surely be liberated from evil spirits. Vajrapani, this is the secret merging of your mind. Wrap the body of the object to be subdued with colors, cut with the merging of the great Hum (ཧཱུྃ，梵文：hūṃ，hūṃ，Crushing) chain. If one observes the great substances, one will surely be liberated from evil spirits. If that does not succeed, recite the mantra chain in reverse. Cut thoroughly with the vajra chain, and it will surely succeed without doubt. This is the supreme ritual for averting obstacles from below, appearing like a wish-fulfilling jewel. It is the continuum that will surely triumph over the three vehicles.
