Accomplishing the state of perfect purity of all natures. Even if one hears this way of the Prajñāpāramitā only once, it will cut off all obscurations of knowledge, obscurations of afflictions, and obscurations of dharma until the essence of enlightenment. Even if one accumulates great karmic obscurations, one will never be born in evil destinies such as the hells of sentient beings. Sins will also be purified immediately after being committed, without suffering. Whoever holds, reads daily, recites, or properly contemplates it will attain the Vajra Samadhi of equality of all dharmas in this very life, thereby becoming the master of all dharmas. One will experience joy, satisfaction, and supreme delight in all dharmas. Bodhisattvas and Mahasattvas will attain the state of Tathagata or the state of Vajradhara through sixteen dharmas. Then, the Bhagavan Vajrapani manifested the mandala of the great vehicle of complete enlightenment of all the Tathagatas, the supreme mind of all Vajradhatu, the victory over all three realms and all worlds without exception, the practice of taming all sentient beings without exception, the accomplishment of all purposes, all immeasurable Vajrapanis with great vows, served by many great Vajra secret holders, smiling radiantly and holding the Vajra aloft with the left hand, lifting the first great Vajra and holding it in the manner of praising it at one's own heart, and spoke this essence of one's own suchness, called the great bliss Vajra meaningful vow. As soon as this was spoken, all the Tathagatas and Vajradharas, with steadfast faith, rejoiced from all the realms of the world, were invited into the great mandala of the Bhagavan Vairochana, bound by vows, made free, and all siddhis were accomplished. Then, the Bhagavan Vairochana, having bound the mudra of great bliss, spoke the secret of all the Tathagatas.

Then, having entered into the samadhi called Wisdom Vajra, which blesses the mandala that is the source of the great secret Vajra Samaya of Vajrapani, he spoke this great mandala called the Great Empowerment of the Vajra Sphere of Suchness of the Great Samaya.

It is. Holding two vajras in hand. It should be placed like pure gold. In all the directions of the Buddha. Adorned with flowers and the like. Hands folded at the crown of the head. A grand offering should be placed. In all the directions of the outer mandala. The assembly of goddesses should be placed. In the very center of all the doors. Embodied forms and the like should be placed. The eight Buddha mandalas. Vajradhara and others should be drawn. In all the vajra wheels. The Buddha is surrounded by Vajradhara. In all the places of the outer mandala. The Lord of Desire should be drawn. In front is the King of the Three Realms. Desire Brahma is the supreme pacifier. Then, entering this great mandala and other rituals will become extensive. First, as mentioned before, the master who participates in this ritual is: the great Vajra Master, the master of all mandalas, knowing all vows, proficient in all Dharmas, able to accomplish all actions, accomplishing all siddhis, blessed by the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, having received all empowerments, possessing the wisdom of knowing all, all offerings and all mandalas of the world and beyond are under his control, will be accomplished, and all his mudras will also be accomplished by his own bonds. All the paths of vows, even with faults, will not decline, and blessings will be realized. Even without learning, all will be known. All actions such as offerings will be accomplished. In short, if one wishes to manifest the supreme siddhi in this very life, then one will attain the state of Buddhahood or the state of Vajradhara. That is because the Bhagavan Vajrasattva resides in his heart, and because he is meaningful, he is invited, bound by vows, and controlled. By constantly pleasing him, becoming the master himself, entering and practicing, one will be accomplished. Then, making the vajra mudra, looking with the first vajra eye, reciting the heart mantra once, and entering the mandala.
