当以守护于口，守护则最为秘密，恒常一切皆得生。事物完全清净者，以无故，一切考察皆不生。瑜伽士以瑜伽得，无聚则真实不得见。因此秘密之智慧生，瑜伽一切皆得生。般若波罗蜜多的方便，是三摩地智慧之考察。诸法全部皆清净，成为清净之自性者，如若天之如意宝，以自之光恒常照亮。有情完全清净亦，瑜伽乃瑜伽之获得者。金刚界乃大秘密，何者灌顶于智者，心之秘密瑜伽胜，智者当为彼说之。《一切秘密》之名为续之王圆满。 印度之堪布莲花戒，与校勘之译师比丘宝贤所译校并确定之。 名为《一切秘密》之续王。
English
That which should be guarded is the mouth; if guarded, it is the supreme secret; it will always arise in everything. That which is completely pure of things, because of non-existence, all examination does not arise. The yogi obtains yoga through yoga; without assembly, one does not truly see. Therefore, the wisdom of secrecy arises; yoga will arise in everything. The means of Prajnaparamita is the examination of Samadhi wisdom. All dharmas are completely pure; that which has become the nature of purity, just like the wish-fulfilling jewel of the gods, always shines with its own light. Sentient existence is also completely pure; yoga is the obtainer of yoga. The Vajra realm is a great secret; to whomsoever the wise one empowers, the supreme yoga of the secret of the mind, the wise one should explain it to him. The king of tantras called "All Secrets" is complete. The Indian Abbot Padmakaravarma and the reviser, the monk Rinchen Zangpo, translated, revised, and finalized it.
