Throw the remaining blood and ashes from the stove into the spring, and hail and lightning will come as you wish. The image of the Nāga is black and covered in filth, with lightning flashing from its eyes and blood and yellow water flowing from its mouth. If you think like this, the dragon will be enraged and hail will fall. The twenty-second chapter, concerning worldly lightning and hail, from the Glorious Vajra Wrathful Heart Essence Tantra, is complete. Then, the Lord of the Gods asked again: How does one perform the ultimate fierce action? What substances and mantras are needed for the fierce combination? Where should it be hidden, and when is the auspicious time to perform it? What are the steps for protection? The Blessed One replied: Listen, fortunate Lord of the Gods, listen! This is the fierce combination of substances and mantras: the flesh and fat of a leper, a skull and a large amount of fat smoke. Pour in the rotten things and mix them with the fire of mustard. Wrap the shroud of a widow with black cloth, and erect a seng-ldeng stake at the edge of the spring. Choose an inauspicious day in mid-autumn, and perform it at dawn or at midnight on the full moon. Do not take out the best substances, and let the cold spring water flow every day. Then, use the mantra called "Raksha Chamundi" to drive all the Nāgas. Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable, Hūṃ)! The body is like burning iron, with red and yellow flaming hair. The three realms and three existences are in the mouth, and the three existences float in the belly. Opposing heaven, not opposing earth. The medicine of the sun arises from the eyes, and the grace of the moon arises from the face. The nine peaks of Mount Meru are held in the hands. Terrible burner, great wrathful one. Obeying the command of Vajrapani, the enemy of subduing, the subduer of Nāgas. The heart vow is to guide the bondage of the Nāgas, the food is to eat the flesh of the Nāgas. Gather the dwelling and rank of the Nāgas. Recite the mantra: Oṃ Nāga Kṣhuṃ Thun, Dzvala Dzvala, Tschinda Tschinda, Bhindha Bhindha, Phaṭ Phaṭ Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ནཱ་ག་ཞུང་ཐུན། ཛྭ་ལ་ཛྭ་ལ། ཙྪིནྡ་ཙྪིནྡ། བྷིནྡྷ་བྷིནྡྷ། ཕཊ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，oṃ nāga kṣhuṃ thun dzvala dzvala tschinda tschinda bhindha bhindha phaṭ phaṭ svāhā，Om Naga Hum Thun, Burn Burn, Cut Cut, Break Break, Phat Phat Svaha). The six armors of action are very precious. The mantra for suppressing evil: Nāga Li Dumpa Ya Sa Dom Dheva Kuru Hūṃ Hūṃ, Jaḥ Jaḥ Bhyo Bhyo (ནཱ་ག་ལི་དུམྤ་ཡ་ས་དོམ་དྷེ་བ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ། ཛཿཛཿབྷྱོ་བྷྱོ།，nāga li dumpa ya sa dom dheva kuru hūṃ hūṃ jaḥ jaḥ bhyo bhyo，Naga Li Dumpa Ya Sa Dom Dheva Kuru Hum Hum, Jah Jah Bhyo Bhyo). The body is like a wheel, so it is said. The twenty-third chapter, concerning the ultimate fierce action, from the Glorious Vajra Wrathful Heart Essence Tantra, is complete. Then, those attendants asked: Blessed One, how should we keep your vows? The Blessed One replied: Attendants of subduing, listen! My nature is the Sugata of the three times.

Ah, realize! Realize my nature as unborn. Realize my nature as unceasing. Realize my nature as emptiness. What I am is the Lord of Secrets. What I am, realize as Vajrasattva. What I am, realize as the Victorious One of the Three Realms. What I am, realize as the Great Wrathful One. What I am is Dharma. The aggregate of Dharma.
