The Buddha's miraculous powers are inconceivable. After cultivating the four perspectives, the wise should guide sentient beings. Killing is not to be done here, as vows will surely be broken. Having abandoned deceiving sentient beings, do all that should not be done. Merely harming sentient beings will not lead to the attainment of the mudra's siddhi. Therefore, the samaya substances should be consumed: Na (藏文，梵文天城体，na，梵文罗马拟音，na，汉语字面意思，Na) and Gaha (藏文，梵文天城体，gaha，梵文罗马拟音，gaha，汉语字面意思，Gaha) first, the final Sha (藏文，梵文天城体，sha，梵文罗马拟音，sha，汉语字面意思，Sha) and the initial Sha (藏文，梵文天城体，sha，梵文罗马拟音，sha，汉语字面意思，Sha). Possessing a melodious voice and eyes, a fragrant body, and great splendor, its shadow will become sevenfold; upon seeing it, the yogi will recognize it. Merely by consuming it, one will instantly become a sky-goer. Now, the sadhana of Kurukulle will be explained. What was extensively explained in the twelfth chapter above is here condensed into a concise form. The goddess arising from Hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城体，hrīḥ，梵文罗马拟音，hrīḥ，汉语字面意思，Hrīḥ) is red in color and has four arms. One pair of hands holds a bow and arrow, and the other holds an utpala flower and an iron hook. Merely by meditating on this deity, one will gain control over the three realms. Reciting one hundred thousand times will control kings, reciting one hundred thousand times will control ordinary people, reciting one million times will control animals and yakshas, reciting seven hundred thousand times will control asuras, reciting two hundred thousand times will control gods, and reciting one hundred times will control the mantra practitioner himself.
