世尊开示说：善男子，这部法门的名字应当记为“利益重罪者”。应当记为“金刚宝之精华”。应当记为“无量法藏之门”。应当记为“一切悉皆摄集”。应当记为“无比大庄严”。应当记为“三千人成就佛陀之庄严”。应当记为“以忏悔清净罪业而得福德”。应当记为“大解脱向四方扩展”。此后，菩萨持咒者向世尊禀告说：世尊，如来所开示的那样，这部法门能利益无量众生，为了带来巨大的安乐而清净罪业，这部能成就佛陀的经典是所有佛陀的母亲，是所有菩萨的道路，是声闻者的眼睛，是天人和人类的住所。我将受持如此不可思议之义。无论天人居住在何处，我都会在那里广泛传播此法。我将使其永不衰减，长久住世。世尊开示说：好啊，好啊！你是殊胜之人，能受持一切无量大法藏。未来之时，你去我所去之处，你住我所住之处。世尊开示此法门时，无数菩萨安住于不退转和不变异之地。八万声闻发起大乘之心。一万比丘获得阿罗汉果。八万四千天人和人类获得清净的法眼。一千个百千众生发起无上圆满正等觉之心。之后，世尊说完此经，便前往娑罗树林。前往后，降下了金莲花雨。

The Blessed One spoke, saying: "Noble son, this Dharma discourse should be remembered as 'Benefiting Those with Heavy Transgressions.' It should be remembered as 'The Essence of the Vajra Jewel.' It should be remembered as 'The Immeasurable Door of the Treasury of Dharma.' It should be remembered as 'All Completely Gathered.' It should be remembered as 'The Great Unsurpassed Adornment.' It should be remembered as 'The Arrangement for Three Thousand People to Achieve Buddhahood.' It should be remembered as 'Purifying Sins Through Repentance and Gaining Merit.' It should be remembered as 'Great Liberation Expanding in All Directions.'" Then, the Bodhisattva, the Holder of Mantras, said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, as taught by the Thus-Gone One, this Dharma discourse is beneficial to immeasurable sentient beings, and for the sake of bringing great happiness, it purifies sins. This sutra, which enables the attainment of Buddhahood, is the mother of all Buddhas, the path of all Bodhisattvas, the eye of the Hearers, and the dwelling of gods and humans. I shall uphold such inconceivable meaning. Wherever gods and humans reside, I shall widely propagate this Dharma. I shall ensure that it never declines and endures forever." The Blessed One spoke, saying: "Excellent, excellent! You are a noble being, capable of upholding all immeasurable great Dharma treasuries. In the future, go where I go, and dwell where I dwell." When the Blessed One taught this Dharma discourse, countless Bodhisattvas abided in the state of non-retrogression and non-change. Eighty thousand Hearers generated the mind of the Great Vehicle. Ten thousand monks attained the fruit of Arhatship. Eighty-four thousand gods and humans obtained the pure Dharma eye. One hundred thousand sentient beings generated the mind for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Then, after the Blessed One finished explaining this sutra, he went to the Sala tree grove. After going there, a rain of golden lotus flowers fell.

珍宝的池塘等也都不显现，如来之光也收敛了，娑婆世界的地界高低和净秽也如先前一样。人们因作恶的缘故，地狱也如先前一样。世尊如是说后，所有菩萨的集合，以及天、人、非天和乾闼婆等世界都欢喜，对世尊所说的话语表示赞叹。 《圣大解脱经广大忏罪成佛庄严》大乘经圆满。 汉译有七百一十二颂，两卷，一百一十二颂。 《圣大解脱经广大忏罪成佛庄严》大乘经。

The jewel ponds and so on also became invisible, and the light of the Tathagata was also withdrawn. The high and low places and the pure and impure of the Saha world were as before. Because people committed evil deeds, the hells were also as before. After the Bhagavan spoke thus, all the assemblies of Bodhisattvas, and the worlds of gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas rejoiced and praised the words spoken by the Bhagavan. The Mahayana Sutra, entitled "The Noble Great Liberation, Extensive Confession, Purification of Sins, and Arrangement of Complete Buddhahood," is complete. The Chinese translation has 712 shlokas, in two volumes, with 112 shlokas.
