I wish to be completely liberated from all the unfortunate states of body, speech, and mind. I wish to protect the teachings. I wish for fame and gain. I wish for abundant food and drink. I wish for power. I wish for form. I wish for strength. I wish for retinue. I wish for wealth and grain. I wish for a firstborn son. I wish to be worthy of offerings from all humans and non-humans. I wish for a permanent body. I wish to constantly harm with body, speech, and mind, and quickly attain meditation, samadhi, formless attainments, clairvoyance, the divine abodes, dharani, and various kinds of patience. However, due to the great power of karmic obscurations and afflictive obscurations, from various [actions] onwards, until all the obscurations that lead to deliberately taking birth in samsara in order to purify the Buddha-fields, one cannot quickly accomplish such various roots of virtue, because one is bound by these karmic obscurations. That person, having bathed and put on clean clothes, sitting in full lotus posture on clean food and a clean bed, or on the eighth day of the waxing moon, contemplating the form of the Buddha's body in their mind, not thinking of anything else, not doing any other work, and with their mind not distracted, staying for one night, or from one night to seven nights, will see the Buddha in their own body. If they contemplate the form of the Buddha's body as small, they will only see it as small. Or if they contemplate it as immeasurable, they will truly see the immeasurable form body. They will see the thirty-two marks. From any one mark, light of a blue color radiates, and merely following that one mark with their mind, they will recite these secret mantras. Tadyathā.

After those occur, when it enters the crown of one's head, one should, for one night, follow with an undistracted mind, speak these words, and not be afraid, not be alarmed. One should view one's own body as fire. How should one view it? One should see blue light radiating, entering all the limbs and subtle parts of one's body, from seeing one's entire body ablaze, until seeing it like ashes, until seeing it completely blown away by the wind from the four directions, like emptiness, until in all directions, no image appears to it. This is its complete accomplishment. Son of good family, whoever remembers the Buddha in such a way, that fourth extreme of mindfulness, the dharani mantra, if one meditates very well, makes offerings well, and remembers it very well, then all of his karmic obscurations, afflictive obscurations, and the so-called obscurations of dharma, until all are completely purified. Except for the deeds of immediate retribution, abandoning the sacred Dharma, and slandering the noble ones. If he wishes for that, then in one night, all the Buddha's teachings, all the treatises of outsiders, the eighteen branches of knowledge, and also whatever has been composed as poetry, he will undoubtedly completely master them. If he wishes to meditate in one night on the four dhyanas, the higher miraculous feet, the four Brahma abodes, the four analytical knowledges, and the four formless absorptions, then he has meditated very well. If he wishes for that, then in one instant, he will thoroughly understand the death and transmigration of all sentient beings in the three times, and the actions of their minds. If he wishes for that, then in one instant, he can fill all of space with his own body, or the body of the Buddha, or Indra, or Brahma, or Rahula, or Mahadeva, or the Four Great Kings, or a Chakravartin, or water, or fire, or earth. If he wishes for that, then in one instant, he can fill all of space with flowers.
