In Tibetan: The Noble Great Vehicle Sutra Called "Offering the Lamp". Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling in Shravasti, in the Jeta Grove, in the Garden of Anathapindika. Then, the Blessed One said to the venerable Shariputra: Shariputra, these four immeasurables are endowed with well-cultivated dharmas, possessing immeasurable ripening, immeasurable light, immeasurably inclined towards merit, immeasurable form, immeasurably inclined towards happiness. They are entering into morality, samadhi, wisdom, liberation, and entering into the wisdom-seeing of liberation, entering into individual correct knowledge, and becoming the exhaustion of defilements without attachment. Which four? Shariputra, for example, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened One, having attained the perfection of morality, becomes a meditative one, having attained the perfection of wisdom, possesses immeasurable wisdom, possesses vast wisdom, possesses decisive wisdom, possesses suchness wisdom, possesses countless wisdom, possesses discriminating wisdom, seeing discrimination, possessing a mind of supreme liberation and complete liberation, possessing an unwavering mind, possessing an undisturbed mind, possessing a mind that accomplishes deeds well. 而得解脱，获得观解脱智慧之力，获得十力之力，获得无畏之力，获得佛法之力，获得大慈大悲之力，获得各别正智之力，先前之意乐圆满，先前已作完全之清净，具有智慧宝，不舍弃精进，精进不可估量，远离忧恼与损害，不具有执取，普见一切，普知一切，大象，不可估量，不具有蕴，无上之福田。舍利子，如来应供正等觉于百千俱胝那由他劫中，已圆满成办善根，具有三明。于福田之如来之佛塔，比丘或比丘尼或优婆塞或优婆夷，心清净，以福德为目的，缘于福德，以福德为资具，希求福德，随念与瑜伽相应，以先前之串习圆满，乃至以少分或劣质之灯芯，以油涂抹或以酥油涂抹而供养，或决定供养，或完全供养，或安立，且以善为目的，如来应供正等觉世尊已舍弃后有之生之轮回。如是生起时，于以戒律、等持、智慧、解脱、观解脱智所摄持者忆念之，或于彼等功德中随一忆念之。为了如来之缘故，且从彼之基础上忆念如来，且为了如来应供正等觉之缘故，发起对如来作供养之心，心想：此灯当燃，当极燃，当供养，当完全供养，当极安立。或者，心的相续已转为信心，（忆念）戒律

and attained liberation, obtained the power of seeing the wisdom of liberation, obtained the power of the ten powers, obtained the power of fearlessness, obtained the power of the Buddha's Dharma, obtained the power of great love and great compassion, obtained the power of individual perfect knowledge, the previous intention was complete, the previous purification was completely done, possessing the jewel of wisdom, not abandoning diligence, immeasurable diligence, free from sorrow and harm, not possessing grasping, seeing all, knowing all, great elephant, immeasurable, not possessing aggregates, the supreme field of merit. Shariputra, the Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha has perfectly accomplished the roots of virtue in hundreds of thousands of kotis of nayutas of kalpas, possessing the three knowledges. To the stupa of the Tathagata, the field of merit, a bhikshu or bhikshuni or upasaka or upasika, with a pure mind, aiming for merit, focusing on merit, using merit as a tool, desiring merit, recollecting in accordance with yoga, with the previous habituation complete, even with a small or inferior wick, smeared with sesame oil or ghee and offered, or definitely offered, or completely offered, or established, and with the aim of virtue, the Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Bhagavan has abandoned the cycle of birth in the later end. When it arises in this way, one should remember that which is possessed by discipline, samadhi, wisdom, liberation, and the wisdom of seeing liberation, or remember any one of those qualities. For the sake of the Tathagata, and from that basis, remember the Tathagata, and for the sake of the Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, generate the mind to make offerings to the Tathagata, thinking: this lamp should burn, should burn extremely, should be offered, should be completely offered, should be extremely established. Or, the continuum of the mind has turned into faith, (remembering) discipline.
