如同在地上雄狮般威严耸立，发出吼叫的人中之王的顶髻宝珠，听闻世尊宣说布施波罗蜜多的种种差别后，心满意足，欢喜赞叹，生起极大的喜悦和安乐，以及心生欢喜，于是从座位上站起，将袈裟搭在单肩上，右膝着地，按在莲花的花心上，向着世尊所在的方向合掌，以偈颂的音调对世尊说“善哉”。布施者善哉，恒常如父的您善哉！布施者善哉，保密者、善逝您善哉！成为亲友善哉，成为朋友、导师善哉！独自在此救度地狱的您善哉！尊长善哉，天人中的长者善哉！应供处善哉，众人中的勇士善哉！所说善哉，大士您极善哉！世人消除烦恼毒药的药王善哉！解脱善哉，从三有中获得解脱善哉！良医善哉，心怀利益的圣者布施者善哉！具光彩者善哉，吉祥、平等之心具足者善哉！有缘者，如月如日，无垢之面容善哉！具慧者，湛蓝广阔修长的眼睛善哉！具光彩者，鼻梁端正，容貌奇妙善哉！善于言说者，悦耳动听，如黄金璎珞般善哉！牙齿如雪如海螺，善哉，我顶礼！主尊、长者、怙主，您今日为人们善说布施的差别善哉！再次祈请听闻戒律、忍辱、力量与智慧，以及方便、禅定、神变、愿望。世尊如此说道后，菩萨文殊童子和菩萨观世音自在，以及山洞、峡谷、山谷、缝隙和药草地中，如同在地上雄狮般威严耸立，发出吼叫的人中之王的顶髻宝珠等，那些菩萨们，以及天子们，以及四大天王，以及天、人、非天和乾闼婆等世间众生都心生欢喜，世尊啊！

Like the supreme lion standing majestically on the ground and roaring, the crown jewel of the lord of men, having heard the Blessed One explain the distinctions of the perfection of generosity, was satisfied, pleased, and delighted. Having generated great joy and happiness, and a happy mind, he rose from his seat, draped his upper garment over one shoulder, placed his right knee on the lotus heart of the earth, and with palms joined together, bowed towards the Blessed One. He then praised the Blessed One with verses, saying, "Well done!" Well done, giver! Well done, you who are always like a father! Well done, giver! Well done, secret one, Sugata! Well done, friend! Well done, friend, who has become a teacher! Well done, you who alone save beings from hell in this world! Well done, eldest! Well done, elder among gods and humans! Well done, worthy of offerings! Well done, hero among men! Well spoken! Well done, great being, exceedingly well done! Well done, king of physicians who cures the poison of afflictions in humans! Well done, liberation! Well done, complete liberation from the three realms of existence! Well done, physician! Well done, noble giver who wishes for benefit! Well done, possessor of glory! Well done, possessor of an auspicious and equanimous mind! Well done, fortunate one, moon-like and sun-like, possessor of a stainless face! Well done, intelligent one, possessor of wide and long, dark blue eyes! Well done, possessor of glory, with a well-formed nose and wondrous features! Well done, eloquent speaker, with a melodious voice like a golden necklace! Well done, teeth like snow and conch shells, I prostrate! O chief, elder, protector, today you have well spoken the distinctions of generosity to humans! Again, I beseech you to listen to discipline, patience, strength, and wisdom, as well as skillful means, meditation, miraculous powers, and aspirations." After the Blessed One spoke thus, the bodhisattva Manjushri, who had become a youth, and the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, and in caves, ravines, valleys, crevices, and medicinal groves, like the supreme lion standing majestically on the ground and roaring, the crown jewel of the lord of men, and so forth, those bodhisattvas, and those sons of the gods, and those four great kings, and the world with gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas rejoiced, O Blessed One!
