Arising definitively from the Perfection of Wisdom, endowed with forbearance towards phenomena that are unapprehendable and unarisen, turning the wheel of dharma that is irreversible, sealed with the seal of signlessness, skilled in knowing the faculties of all sentient beings, completely subduing with the fearlessness that is unconquerable by all retinues, accumulating a great collection of merit and wisdom, the body exceedingly adorned with all excellent marks and signs, holding the sacred form, free from adornments, like the high peak of Mount Meru, exceedingly exalted by fame and renown, having attained unwavering faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha due to the extraordinary intention being as solid as a vajra, raining down a great shower of nectar from the rays of the jewel of Dharma, possessing the language of all sentient beings, speech, the limbs of melody, and a voice with completely pure intonation, entering into the profound dharma of dependent origination, severing all connections of habitual tendencies of viewing extremes and the absence of extremes, fearless like a lion and clearly proclaiming the sound, proclaiming the great dharma's thunderous sound, having completely transcended phenomena that are equal and unequal, being the great leader who perfectly accomplishes the collections of wisdom and merit of the jewel of Dharma, skilled in the ways of dharma that are upright, peaceful, subtle, gentle, difficult to see, and difficult to understand, possessing the realm of wisdom that follows the coming, going, and thoughts of sentient beings, empowered by the empowerment of the Buddha's wisdom that is unequal and equal, engaging with extraordinary intention in the ten powers, fearlessnesses, and unshared qualities of the Buddha, having crossed over all the abysses of the fear of bad migrations and the fear of falling into bad migrations, thus deliberately showing birth in the cycle of existence, being the great king of medicine, skilled in the rituals for taming all sentient beings, understanding all the afflictive diseases of all sentient beings, skillfully preparing the medicine of dharma appropriately, possessing the source of limitless qualities, having perfectly adorned limitless Buddha-fields with virtuous arrangements, seeing and hearing are fruitful, step by step
