《圣 दpál dbyig所问大乘经》 《圣 दpál dbyig所问大乘经》 印度语：Āryaśrīvasuparipṛcchānāmamahāyānasūtra。 藏语：《圣 दpál dbyig所问大乘经》。 向诸佛和菩萨顶礼！ 如是我闻：一时，薄伽梵（世尊）在瓦拉纳西（Vārāṇasī）的仙人堕处鹿野苑，与菩萨僧团和声闻大僧团在一起安住。之后，名叫दpál dbyig的商主之子，从瓦拉纳西大城出来，前往薄伽梵所在之处，到达后，以头顶礼薄伽梵之足，绕三匝，然后在一旁坐下。在一旁坐下后，商主之子दpál dbyig向薄伽梵所在之处合掌恭敬，对薄伽梵如此说道：薄伽梵，有多少如来、阿罗汉、正等觉已经逝去和离世？薄伽梵说：商主之子，如来、阿罗汉、正等觉已经逝去和离世的数量不可思议、无量无边，譬如恒河沙数。दpál dbyig问：薄伽梵，有多少如来、阿罗汉、正等觉将会诞生和出现？薄伽梵，有多少如来、阿罗汉、正等觉现在安住、生存和存在？薄伽梵说：商主之子，如来、阿罗汉、正等觉将会诞生和出现的数量不可思议、无量无边，譬如恒河沙数。商主之子，如来、阿罗汉、正等觉不可思议、无量无边，现在安住、生存和存在，譬如恒河沙数。如此说后，商主之子दpál dbyig对薄伽梵如此说道：薄伽梵，既然如此，

The Great Vehicle Sutra Called "Asked by the Noble Śrīvasu" The Great Vehicle Sutra Called "Asked by the Noble Śrīvasu" In Sanskrit: Āryaśrīvasuparipṛcchānāmamahāyānasūtra. In Tibetan: The Great Vehicle Sutra Called "Asked by the Noble Śrīvasu". Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard. Once, the Blessed One was dwelling in Vārāṇasī, in the Deer Park at Ṛṣipatana, together with a community of Bodhisattvas and a great community of Śrāvakas. Then, a merchant's son named Śrīvasu, having come from the great city of Vārāṇasī, went to where the Blessed One was. Having arrived, he bowed his head at the feet of the Blessed One, circumambulated him three times, and sat down to one side. Having sat down to one side, the merchant's son Śrīvasu, with his palms joined together, respectfully addressed the Blessed One, saying: "Blessed One, how many Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones have passed away and departed?" The Blessed One said: "Merchant's son, the Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones who have passed away and departed are immeasurable and countless, like the sands of the Ganges River." Śrīvasu asked: "Blessed One, how many Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones will be born and appear? Blessed One, how many Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones are currently dwelling, living, and existing?" The Blessed One said: "Merchant's son, the Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones who will be born and appear are immeasurable and countless, like the sands of the Ganges River. Merchant's son, the Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones are immeasurable and countless, currently dwelling, living, and existing, like the sands of the Ganges River."
