Then, the World Honored One, the Tathagata King of Light, Perfectly Pure Light Rays, went to that Galava place, and upon arriving, bowed to the feet of the World Honored One with his head, circumambulated three times, and together with eighty-four thousand beings, sat before the World Honored One, and with palms joined, generated the unsurpassed, perfect, complete Bodhicitta with heightened intention. At that time, he spoke these verses: Those who crave form and rely on sound, and abide in smell, taste, and touch, those who crave desire and delight in pleasure, cannot realize this supreme Bodhi. The lazy and those who strive for the inferior, and the miserly and those who have not guarded their vows, those with hateful minds and confused minds, cannot realize this supreme Bodhi. Those who have abandoned all their own happiness, and endure all the suffering of beings, those who have initiated diligence and constantly desire the Dharma, they will become a Buddha like that in the world. I have entered the Bodhi of the Buddha, with all the Buddhas and gods as witnesses, in no way will I go back on my word, I will practice conduct for the benefit of others in that way. I heard the Bodhicitta in a dream, and having heard it, I have entered the supreme Bodhi. For that reason, I will become like the best of humans, the Buddha, one who possesses wisdom. Great King, do you think that the Chakravartin King named Deva-born at that time was someone else? Great King, you should not view it that way. Why is that? This Naga King Ocean himself was the Chakravartin King Deva-born at that time. That was also when he first generated Bodhicitta. Great King, you ask how long it will be before this Naga King Ocean manifests unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, listen to me. 屆時，如來應供正遍知，明行足，善逝，世間解，無上士調御丈夫，天人師，佛薄伽梵，將成為極其無垢且完全清淨，且從無量功德聚中生出的國王。大王，名為「法音」之世界，將以無數珍寶莊嚴，以瞻部河之金製成，以多種珍寶繪製，並分為多種圖案，如手掌般平坦，如卡扎林迪卡之布般柔軟，觸感舒適且寬廣，邊角巨大，具備百千俱胝之洲，富饒、廣大、安樂且悅意，充滿諸多天人和人類，如同他化自在天之天人所享用和受用一般，那些人也將同樣如此。名為「法音」之世界中，將會生出一切珍寶所製成之多羅樹串。那些多羅樹之所有葉、花、果實中，將會生出百千俱胝之多法門。彼世界中，無論發出何種聲音，如天人之聲、人類之聲、非人之聲、化生之聲、鳥類之聲，乃至風之聲，所有那些聲音都將與佛法相應。同樣，寂靜之聲、極寂靜之聲、近寂靜之聲、喜樂與寂靜相應之聲、與佛法相應之聲、與波羅蜜多相應之聲、與四攝事相應之聲、與善巧方便相應之聲、與厭離和無貪之見相應之聲、與空性、無相、無願、無作相應之聲將會生起。因此，那個世界之名將被稱為「法音」。凡是投生到那個世界的天人和人類，都將只具備佛法的喜樂之食。

At that time, the Tathāgata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One, endowed with knowledge and conduct, Sugata, Knower of the World, Unsurpassed Guide of beings to be tamed, Teacher of gods and humans, the Buddha Bhagavan, will become a king named "King Born from the Limitless Assembly of Qualities," who is extremely immaculate and completely pure. Great King, that world called "Sound of Dharma" will be adorned with countless jewels, made of Jambu River gold, painted with various jewels, and divided into various patterns, as flat as the palm of the hand, as soft as the cloth of Kācalindika, comfortable to the touch and vast, with huge corners, possessing hundreds of thousands of billions of continents, prosperous, vast, peaceful, and pleasing, filled with many gods and humans, just as the gods of Paranirmitavasavartin enjoy and partake, so too will those people be. In that world called "Sound of Dharma," strings of Tala trees made of all jewels will arise. From all the leaves, flowers, and fruits of those Tala trees, hundreds of thousands of billions of Dharma gates will arise. In that world, whatever sounds arise, such as the sounds of gods, humans, non-humans, emanations, birds, or even the sound of the wind, all those sounds will arise in accordance with the Dharma. Similarly, sounds of peace, sounds of great peace, sounds of near peace, sounds of joy and solitude, sounds in accordance with the Buddha's Dharma, sounds in accordance with the Paramitas, sounds in accordance with the objects of gathering, sounds in accordance with skillful means, sounds in accordance with the view of renunciation and non-attachment, and sounds in accordance with emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, and non-conceptualization will arise. Therefore, the name of that world will be called "Sound of Dharma." Whatever gods and humans are born in that world will only possess the food of the joy of Dharma.

并且精通变化和神通的知识，对于无上圆满正等菩提没有丝毫怀疑。世尊如来极其清净，完全纯洁，从无量功德之聚中产生的国王，当他想要讲法的时候，就从他的身体放出光芒，那光芒照亮所有的佛土。从如来的光芒中，也会出现无数的佛陀宣讲佛法。那时，天人和人们看到如来的光芒，听到佛法的宣讲，生起欢喜和极大的喜悦，然后来到世尊如来极其清净，完全纯洁，从无量功德之聚中产生的国王那里，对如来做无量的供养。他们凭借神通和神通的力量，在天空的中央，在具有巨大珍宝装饰的莲花上结跏趺坐。如来也坐在天空的中央的狮子座上，为天人和人们讲法。当他讲法的时候，从十方无数不可计数的菩萨为了听法而来。那个世界里，没有众生对佛法有嫉妒之心。那里也没有恶魔和外道的名号。如来的寿命将有十劫。他的菩萨将是不可计数的。大国王，那个佛土的庄严是不可思议的。佛法的宣讲也是不可思议的。侍从菩萨也是不可思议的。《龙王海预言品》第八。

And skilled in the knowledge of transformation and supernormal cognition, and without any doubt in the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. The Bhagavan Tathagata is extremely immaculate and completely pure, and the king who arises from the immeasurable collection of qualities, when he desires to teach the Dharma, then from his body he emits light, and that light illuminates all the Buddha-fields. From that light of the Tathagata, billions upon billions of Buddhas will arise to teach the Dharma. Then, gods and humans will see the light of the Tathagata and hear the teaching of the Dharma, and they will generate joy and great supreme joy, and then they will come to the Bhagavan Tathagata, who is extremely immaculate and completely pure, and the king who arises from the immeasurable collection of qualities, and they will make immeasurable offerings to the Tathagata. By the power of miraculous abilities and supernormal cognition, they will sit in the middle of the sky, cross-legged on lotuses endowed with great jewel decorations. The Tathagata will also sit on a lion throne in the middle of the sky and teach the Dharma to those gods and humans.
