Thereafter, the Dharma abiding in such a state is the unsurpassed Buddha Dharma. Those Buddha Dharmas do not abide in places or directions, nor can they be distinguished by birth and destruction. In no place can the shape and color of those Dharmas be found. Without characteristics and without signs, the Buddha Dharmas are thus proclaimed. Whatever is the nature of all Dharmas, the Buddha Dharmas are of such a nature. Therefore, they are proclaimed as equal, without distinction, without characteristics. Those who wish to realize the Buddha Dharma should observe all Dharmas. When one observes nothing even slightly, that is when one has fully observed. The Buddha and the Buddha Dharma, all Dharmas, in all times and places, the Great Hero under the Bodhi tree, truly and equally realized them. The Buddha Dharma that the Buddha saw under the Bodhi tree, the Dharma that was proclaimed, is always equal by its very equality. Equality is the Dharma without inequality, immaculate like the sky, realized by the Buddha through wisdom. Therefore, here it is said that this is the Buddha. Whatever arises dependently, in none of those things is there inherent existence. Whatever is without inherent existence, in none of those things does it arise. For limitless beings, who can fully understand the boundary here? His wisdom having reached the other shore, he will be able to enter all Dharmas. Whether the Dharmas that have passed, or the Dharmas that have not come, and whatever Dharmas arise now, those are considered to be the Buddha Dharma. Thus, for the three times, the Buddha's wisdom has no attachment. Whatever letters cannot grasp, those are proclaimed to be the Dharma of the Sage. The ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, and the unique Dharmas of the Buddhas, the eighteen unique Dharmas, and whatever other Dharmas there are, all will gather here. Therefore, all those Dharmas are called the Buddha Dharma. The fifth chapter of the "Inquiry of Noble Sagacious Ocean of Intelligence". Brahmā, thinking with great compassion, further said to the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Sagacious Ocean of Intelligence: "Good son, have you directly realized these Dharmas?" He replied: "Brahmā, are the Buddha Dharmas form...

Should it be counted? He said, "It is not." He said, "Brahma, what dharma is formless, invisible, and unobstructed? For that which has no discriminating consciousness, what can become manifest?" He said, "Son of good family, it is not." He said, "Brahma, in that case, all dharmas are indeed not manifest. Why is that? Because there is not even a little bit of duality in it. Brahma, all dharmas are non-dual. Whatever is manifest in it is only its own nature. Brahma, manifest is also different, and the dharmas of the Buddhas are also not different. Whatever is manifest is the dharmas of the Buddhas. Whatever is the dharmas of the Buddhas is manifest itself." He said, "Son of good family, are the dharmas of the Buddhas also not manifest to the Thus-Gone One?" He said, "Brahma, if the Thus-Gone One or the dharmas of the Buddhas were to truly and completely exist, then the dharmas of the Buddhas would also become manifest to the Thus-Gone One." He said, "Son of good family, are there no dharmas of the Buddhas at all?" He said, "Brahma, that which is not completely established cannot be affirmed as existing or not existing. For that which cannot be affirmed as existing or not existing, nothing will become manifest." He said, "Then how are the dharmas of the Buddhas taught?" He said, "Brahma, for example, although one points to space as 'space,' there is nothing truly established in space. Brahma, similarly, although one points to the dharmas of the Buddhas as 'dharmas of the Buddhas,' there is nothing truly established in the dharmas of the Buddhas." He said, "Son of good family, it is wonderful that a Bodhisattva who is a beginner does not become afraid after hearing this teaching, but puts on armor for the sake of the dharmas of the Buddhas." He said, "Brahma, beings blessed by the Buddhas generate the mind of enlightenment, and they do not become afraid after hearing these profound dharmas of the Buddhas. Brahma, if there is grasping and attachment, one will become afraid; if there is no grasping and no attachment, one will not become afraid. If there is dwelling and clinging, one will become afraid; if there is no dwelling and no clinging, one will not be afraid.
