应恒常宣说功德，应恒常敬重师长、父亲和母亲，同样地，应恭敬一切众生，不要受骄傲的支配，将获得三十二相。应完全舍弃一切喧嚣，应恒常欢喜寂静之处，如此则能恒常寂静于殊胜的树下苦行。利益自己，利益其他有情，应修持慈爱和悲悯，应恒常欣乐于喜和舍。应恒常随顺胜者的教法，也将在世间迅速地利益众生。不要依赖罪恶的朋友，应广为依止良善的朋友。谁希求这空性寂静之法，他们已进入殊胜菩提道。不要在声闻乘中学习，也不要欢喜他们的行为，不要舍弃对佛陀功德的信心，将迅速成为佛陀胜利者。应恒常说真实语，不要说谎言和粗暴语，应恒常说柔和悦耳之语，将获得世间导师们的教诲。不要贪恋身体和性命，不要诽谤他人而赞扬自己，应真实地修持自己的功德，对他人的行为保持中舍。应恒常欢喜于空性解脱，不要贪求轮回中的众生，应完全舍弃一切相状，应恒常安住于无相之中。应于一切时中舍弃边见，不要安住于常断二边，应恒常了知一切皆由因缘而生，如此行持则如佛陀一般。舍弃对欲望之乐的贪恋，完全舍弃嗔恨之垢，完全消除愚痴之黑暗，将成为欢喜寂静的人中狮子。应恒常观无常为常，解脱一切有之痛苦和安乐，观不净、无我为我、净，如此修持将成为人中之王。世间明灯诸佛陀，对谁如理开示诸法，他便能摧毁魔众之力，获得无上广大菩提。我已尽力宣说功德，我所造的百种过失
English
One should always speak of virtues. One should always respect teachers, fathers, and mothers. Likewise, one should respect all beings. Do not be dominated by pride. One will obtain the thirty-two marks. Having completely abandoned all distractions, one should always rejoice in solitude. By doing so, one will always be at peace in the excellent asceticism under the trees. Benefit oneself and benefit other sentient beings. One should cultivate loving-kindness and compassion. One should always delight in joy and equanimity. One should always follow the teachings of the Victorious Ones. One will also quickly benefit beings in the world. Never rely on sinful friends. Rely extensively on virtuous friends. Those who desire this emptiness and peace have entered the supreme path to enlightenment. Never study in the Hearer Vehicle. Do not rejoice in its practices. Do not abandon the mind from the qualities of the Buddhas. One will quickly become a Buddha, the Lord of Victors. Always speak truthful words. Do not speak lies or harsh words. Always speak gently and pleasantly. One will receive the teachings of the world's teachers. Do not be attached to body and life. Do not slander others and praise oneself. Truly cultivate one's own virtues. Be indifferent to the actions of others. Always rejoice in emptiness and liberation. Do not aspire to be among beings in samsara. Completely abandon all signs. Always abide in the absence of signs. At all times, abandon extremes. Do not abide in permanence or annihilation. Always recognize that everything arises from conditions. By acting in this way, one will become like the Buddha. Abandon attachment to the pleasures of desire. Completely abandon the stain of hatred. Completely dispel the darkness of ignorance. One will become a lion among humans who delight in peace. Always view impermanence as permanence. Liberate suffering and happiness from all existence. Meditate on impurity and selflessness as self and purity. By meditating in this way, one will become a lord among humans. The Buddhas, the lamps of the world, have perfectly taught the Dharma to those who, having destroyed the power of the Maras, have attained the unsurpassed and vast enlightenment. I have spoken as much as I could about virtues, and the hundred faults that I have committed
