Then, the youth Moonbeam rose from his seat, draped his upper robe over one shoulder, knelt on his right knee, and with palms joined, bowed towards where the Bhagavan was. He then addressed the Bhagavan, saying: "O Bhagavan, it is wonderful that the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, has so well taught the samadhi of the training of all Bodhisattvas, which is the equality of the nature of all dharmas. O Bhagavan, having trained in this training for so long, you have perfectly accomplished the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. O Bhagavan, I praise you! O Sugata, I praise you!" The Bhagavan said: "Young man, if you know when the time is right, then praise!" Then, the Bhagavan opened the opportunity for the youth Moonbeam, and praised the Bhagavan with these verses that were manifestly like the Dharma: "Always subdued by desire and anger, Seeing beings tormented by suffering, To liberate beings, may you become a Buddha, For the sake of enlightenment, you also generated the mind. The hero spent many billions of kalpas, Always abiding in giving, taming, and good restraint, Patience and discipline, as well as diligence, Giving immeasurable and vast gifts. Hands, feet, and even life are willingly given, Your mind never tires, Gold and silver, as well as children and wives, Without attachment, even giving up the kingdom. Your discipline is stainless and pure, Giving up yourself, the discipline is not broken, Body, speech, and mind are well restrained, Gentle Sugata, I prostrate to you. Pleased with patience, abiding in the path of patience, Even if the body is dismembered, there is no disturbance, Practicing love, even milk flows from it, Rare Sugata, I prostrate to you. Endowed with the power of the ten strengths, Abiding in unobstructed wisdom, understanding all dharmas, Benefiting the world with compassion

如今法之主，为众生利益着想心怀慈悲， 了知空性且知此处无有众生。 如是观见世间迷失正道后， 证悟彼等自性无我之法。 虽已获得解脱然于何处亦无解脱， 分别观察后舍弃一切放逸。 摧伏无边魔众具足大力者， 无边智慧广大了知菩提。 亦宣说最为清净寂静之法， 月亮与星辰一同从天空坠落， 山峦与村庄一同的大地毁灭时， 虚空之界变为其他形态时， 您亦不语不真实之语。 您观见众生喜好耽著于所缘， 以及有情之痛苦后， 宣说空性且深寂之法， 以及无有对境之法。 于无量无数劫中， 于无所缘之修学上， 由大雄猛士所修学故， 您无有任何错谬。 如何修学之法， 亦如是宣说之， 众多其他外道徒， 以及孩童皆不在此。 凡有我执存在者， 不智之彼等将迷惑， 以智慧了知诸法无我， 故于您无有错谬。 大雄猛士真实语， 安住于真实之法， 怙主真实安住于真如， 故宣说真实之语。 如您往昔所发之愿， 您之真实行持已现前， 以真实彼之因相似故， 故宣说真实之语。 真实行持圆满具足， 于真实边际精进修学， 真实思维真实行持， 于真实智者我敬礼。 您之智慧无与伦比， 宣说智慧光明照耀者， 智慧功德已善圆满， 于智慧语者我敬礼。 您已善修慈悲心， 您乃一切有情之善友， 如须弥山般不可动摇， 安住于不动摇者。 导师之眷属虽广大， 亦摄集众多眷属众， 甚深智慧善逝您， 于眷属中行亦发声。 宣说佛陀狮子之吼声， 如狮子之姿态般行走， 您已调伏一切外道徒， 如狮子调伏狐狸般， 调伏未调伏之勇士。

Now, Lord of Dharma, with loving compassion, you cherish the welfare of beings, Knowing emptiness, you also know that there are no beings here. Likewise, seeing the world lost on its path, You realized the Dharma of selflessness in their nature. Though liberation is attained, there is no liberation anywhere, Having examined each thing, you abandoned all carelessness. You vanquished the boundless hosts of demons, possessing great power, You know the boundless wisdom and vast enlightenment. You also teach the supreme, pure, and peaceful Dharma, When the moon and stars fall from the sky, When the earth with its mountains and villages is destroyed, Even when the realm of space transforms into another form, You do not speak untrue words. Seeing beings delighting in objects of attachment, And seeing the suffering of sentient beings, You teach emptiness, profound and peaceful, And the Dharma without objects of attachment. In countless billions of eons, In the training of non-objectification, Because you were trained by a great hero, You have no confusion. What kind of Dharma was trained, You teach that kind of Dharma, So many other heretics, And children are not in this place. Wherever there is an awareness of self, Those who are unwise will be confused, Knowing that all Dharmas are selfless, Therefore, you have no confusion. The great hero speaks truthfully, Abiding perfectly in the true Dharma, The protector truly abides in truth, Therefore, he speaks true words. As your prayers were made in the past, Your true conduct has manifested, Because the cause of that truth is similar, Therefore, he speaks true words. True conduct is perfectly complete, You have trained thoroughly at the true end, True thought, true conduct, I prostrate to the true knower. Your wisdom is unparalleled, Speaking wisdom, illuminating light, Having fully attained the qualities of wisdom, I prostrate to the speaker of wisdom. You have cultivated loving-kindness, You are the friend of all sentient beings, Like Mount Meru, unmoving, Abiding perfectly without wavering. Although the Teacher's retinue is vast, You also gather many assemblies, Profound wisdom, Sugata, Walking among the retinue, you also make a sound. Proclaiming the lion's roar of the Buddha, Walking in the manner of a lion, You have subdued all the heretics, Like a lion subduing foxes, You tame the untamed heroes.
