cessation, abandoning ignorance, and the satisfaction of those who take liberation as their essence, the joy of those who take samadhi as their essence, becoming the eyes of those who want to see, the clairvoyance of those who want to transform, the magic of those who want to manifest, and the dharani of those who seek meaning through hearing, unfailing memory and the blessings of the Buddhas, and the skillful means of the guides, the subtlety of the non-diligent, the unknowing of those who are difficult to know and the unliberated, the reversal of letters, the difficulty of knowing sounds, and the omniscience of those who have realized, the knowing of those, the thorough understanding of those with few desires, the holding of those who have initiated diligence, and the holding of those who possess mindfulness, the exhaustion of suffering and the unborn nature of all dharmas, and the definite display of the one and only place of existence and birth, this youth is the samadhi of the equality of the nature of all dharmas, the various phenomena. When the Blessed One taught this samadhi called the equality of the nature of all dharmas, the various phenomena, eighty billion hundred thousands of gods and humans who had previously been completely purified obtained tolerance of the unborn dharma. Ninety-six billion hundred thousands obtained conforming tolerance. Ninety-three billion hundred thousands obtained tolerance that follows sound. A thousand fully ordained monks were liberated from defilements without attachment. Sixty thousand beings among gods and humans obtained the pure Dharma eye, free from dust and defilement, towards the dharmas. Eighty thousand nuns were liberated from defilements without attachment. Five hundred lay practitioners obtained the fruit of non-return. Six thousand laywomen obtained the fruit of once-return. This three-thousand great thousand world system also shook in six ways. When immeasurable light arose in the world, even those places in the world that were dark and gloomy were illuminated by that light. Those beings who were born there came to know each other, exclaiming, 'Alas! Other beings have also been born here.' It is the same even as far as the beings in the great hell of unremitting torment.
